I generally don't expect a ton of service from retail stores these days. However, Schunn at the print center changed my perspective. He was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. My hope in customer services has been restored.

I went in for a cable that the website said they sold. No one asked me if I needed help at all. I finally asked the clerk at the register. While he was nice, he didn't know what I was talking about, so asked me to show him on my phone. He still didn't know so he asked a tall, heavy set, bald guy with glasses. That guy rudely says, "What are you trying to do?? Cuz most people don't know what they want." I told him I knew what I wanted, to which he rudely replied, "Well, we don't sell that in this store!" This location is continually horrible and I only went because it was close. If you want great customer service, go to Staples on Colorado and Rosemead. I found what I needed at a cheaper price. I will never step foot in another Office Depot or order from their website.

Tried to call and see if they had something in stock and someone picked up then hung up immediately twice. Not good for business

This is close by so I go there. Had trouble trying to find some writing tablets but otherwise it's a nice store. Clean, nicely stocked, and staff is friendly and helpful. I could recommend this store.

My online order was cancelled without any notifications and refund. I have to contact cs to ask for refund. Staffs are so unprofessional.

Very fast and friendly service. I had an order pickup (smart desk) and was helped as soon as I walked into the door, order was ready to go, and they helped me with it to my car without any sort of special request!

I'm happy that they always have the supplies I need for mailing out newsletters. I also like that I can buy stamps! It saves me an extra trip to the past office

Chat service is ridiculous. Since no one answers the phone, I used to chat to ask a simple question. "Do you refill printer ink cartridges?" It would not help me unless I gave my email address. WTheck is happening with Corporate America. Rake in the Profits, don't hire enough people, pay minimum wage, Prices are ridiculous, and it's automated recordings. There is no personal customer service.
