I had to move my aging mother from LA to Pittsburgh in a short timeframe and also get years worth of things out of the. house she rented. Shawna was amazing. She took care of everything - from sorting and organizing a house FULL of stuff, selling everything, and makjng sure it was all cleaned out at the end. It was a very difficult job for a number of reasons and many others might have just walked away. But Shauna persisted and got it done. Plus, we got a very nice amount of money in the end. Thank you Shawna! Highly recommend.

It was a very difficult job for a number of reasons and many others might have just walked away. Thieves who take advantage of grieving people. Overprice everything including stuff that should be given away and then they get all the leftovers to resell saying if offsets the cost of clean out a home. Manipulative con artists. They even said certain things had sold so they could take it to resell. I think a lawsuit will be coming their way soon!

I needed a quick an efficient appraisal moving into my estate sale so I decided to work with Shauna Novotny and I have no complaints. Everything worked out perfectly! She was both professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. I also decided to stop by her antique store in Pasadena and it was nothing short of an amazing collection of items; from furniture to jewelry- Shauna was my go to girl. We can't wait till your next estate sale. I always fine something great at a good price. I don't get to your store on Fair Oaks often enough but We are always impressed with the antiques you have. I missed out on the pair of chairs done in pony. They where very special. See you at your next sale.

Avoid Estate Sellers like the plague! These charming con artists prretend to be your new best friend. But their contract gives them anything leftover, so they over-price everything so that NOTHING sells. And you're not allowed to attend your own sale to see the prices. We blindly signed over about 100K worth of goods. Then they keep the best for their antique shop and sell the rest to a sub-seller who drives it all away semi for a lump sum purchase. Estate sellers are crooks. Do it yourself.

If you like estate sales do yourself a favor and skip novotny's sales. First of all, like other reviews said they are very expensive. My husband & I went to one of their sales yesterday in Pasadena since we live in the area and decided to pop in at the end of the day. They were already winding down and there wasn't much left, yet one of their employees followed us around the whole time like he was afraid we were going to steal something. We did not have any bags on us or anything else suspicious. It made us feel horrible & like we were being racially profiled...we will never attend another novotny's sale and be embarrassed like this again.

I purchased a beautiful leaded glass China cabinet from Shauna over the phone after I saw a partial photo of it on one of her Facebook ads. Shauna sent me great pictures of it, and was very fast and responsive during our transaction. She then was able to coordinate with her delivery guy to have it delivered to my house 4 hours away. They even went so far as to place the cabinet where I wanted it in my housewhich was extra helpful! I am really impressed with her attention to detail and making sure everything was perfect! 10/10 would buy again!

I went to a sale on Orange Grove in Pasadena I had a excellent experience, everyone was so helpful and went over and beyond, very clean and organized and very competitively priced, compared to a lot of estate sales I've been to. We all had a great time there highly reccomend checking out one of there sales. Look forward to the next sale Kelly
