Went in today on a Saturday morning around 10:15am. Was greeted and immediately helped. I had ordered some items online and was hoping to exchange. They didn’t have my items I needed in my size, but the gentleman who helped me was able to facilitate a return and order the items for me. Super easy.

There’s a female store associate.
Incredibly rude towards customers who are still reviewing their purchase options.
Would not recommend to come at all unless you are looking to get disrespected.

Totally dissatisfied with Nike Pasadena and will never go back. Andrew the store manager was no help and operates like an AI robot!!!!!!!!

The store was super cute and organized. I also noticed a new shade of dark green active sets that were super eye catching for the Winter season.The customer service was super great as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and Vivee the associate that helped me was extremely kind. I shared with her what I was looking for and she helped me with my search enthusiastically. She made the experience a lot more positive. Will definitely bring my business here again :)

Great product zero service. Packed place and the three people working are helping nobody. One in picture ignoring about 5 people, and Teo hiding in back. Do not shop hear if you want to buy anything, maybe try footlocker across the street

I love Nike but this store is poo poo. the displays are narrow and difficult to navigate. I’ve been there 3 times trying to buy something and each time Ive noticed the fellow customers are rude and ill behaved It’s not a good look. The staff doesn’t care. I thought it would be a bit more classy but it’s the exact opposite. I’ll see you at foot locker or the swap meet.
