It was my first time in this store I was trying to return some shoes I bought online, Mark was very nice and patient and really informative. Helped me out to get the right shoes my type of fit. All the crew members were nice I just got to know only Marks name??????

We rushed all the way there and made it 15-minutes before closing at 19:00. I thought that would make for some bad vibes but I was totally wrong. Andrea rolled out the red carpet for my children. She sized my son and daughter using the digital machine showing their arch and width. Thank God because I would've guaranteed to size them wrong. We were not rushed at all nor were eyes rolled.
Of all the options that were provided, we purchased a pair of 990v6 (running) for my son and 806 (tennis) w a pair of slim inserts for my daughter.
I'm a big fan of how Asics fit me but this New Balance store is top of the class of all the rest including Nike. You won't get this quality of service elsewhere outside of a specialty store like Road Runner etc.

I visited with my elderly parents and definitely appreciate that they have their own dedicated parking lot. The gentleman who helped us was great - attentive and patient throughout our visit. He did a foot scan so we were able to confirm our foot sizes, width, and pronation. I love New Balance in general since they have wide shoes. They had a couple 4E width shoes in store, which was nice since my dad has diabetic neuropathy and needs wider shoes. Also lately, my mom has been on the hunt for good insoles. She thought their insoles were really great (in the top 2) and got a pair.

Really good service. I only use New Balance walking shoes because I am a big guy, and need good shoes. The service guy measured my feet on a machine, and slightly changed my shoe size, I think that works better. I wish their prices were quite so high. That's why I give four stars.
