We were looking for a new pedicure spot and came across this place in Yelp. Took a chance and this place exceeded expectations! Showed up early and they got us set up right away. The massage chairs work and are comfy! Hannah took her time with my pedicure. And they didn't rush us at all!

Amy was meticulous and friendly; took me without an appointment for a spa pedi - $30. Having a past injury on my left big toe, she provided the utmost care and gentle touch, as not to injure it further. Warmth from all nail technicians, and highly accommodating towards your every need. Nice having the Disney Channel playing on the overhead TV with movies to watch. I'll definitely be back for more pedi's!

Walked in for a last minute gel mani since I had some time to kill. The person who did my nails took her time and gave me a perfect gel mani. Didn’t cut me with the file or cuticle nipper. Will definitely come back.

Copycats, had a booking at the real one as I used them in London and Dubai. My taxi took me to this place opposed to 235 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, where the REAL Nail’d it salon is - the most shocking bit was they were all too happy to steal me as a customer even I specifically stated that this is NOT the salon I intended to visit. Surely the owner company of the brand should sue this people for using the brand, even pictures and the name!!!

Hate to give this place a 1 star but my experiences here have been declining. The complaint is re: my gel mani - nail technician was E filling my nails - burned so badly I told her to stop. Then when she finished my gel manicure she did not paint to my cuticle. Had my nails done this past Thursday 4/18 and it's now Sunday 4/21 - gel has chipped. For a $40 gel manicure this is unacceptable.

Rachel was so rough with my nails and left me with multiple cuts. I ended up having them taken all off. My fingers are stinging with cuts on almost every finger. Will never come back

Went in last week and got gel x by Wednesday they started popping off after 2 days of getting them done, wasn't able to get them fixed right away because the girl isn't there every day and I was going to be out of town, went back the following Monday and the girl did my dip still charged me full price and was asking the whole time if I had popped off my nails. To top it off the gel on the new set has started lifting. I'm a usual customer but after this don't think I'll be going back such a bad experience.

This place is very pricey for the quality of service. The lady that did my nails filed them paper thin that they are now so brittle. Additionally, if you’re on a tight schedule, this is not the place for you. They do take longer than other salon.

I came here from a FB group recommendation. Parking was easy. I got a basic pedicure without any color! (I think it's the new me... maybe). The service was great. I enjoyed the massage chair a lot. More than usual for some reason. I didn't catch the techs name but she spent about a good 45 min on me. I will likely! They do have a ton of polish on the wall.

Reading reviews I see that not all the nail techs here are created equal. BUT when I say that MILENA (spelling?) gave me the BEST hand painted french tip gel manicure I have ever gotten. Her hands are so steady and she is for sure a perfectionist. She prepped my nails for so long which helped them look perfect after. You have to ask for her if you want painted french tip because while I was there there was another client getting french tip from a different tech and she was complaining that it wasn't good and I overheard them saying that Milena is one of the ones to book with if you want a good french tip. I will 100% be back for my french tip with Milena because I have never had nails and cuticles this perfect. Two weeks later grow out is not noticable at all and all nails still perfect!

Stoped by this place to get dip powder since my regular nail tech was on vacation. The nail tech who did my nails was nice but didn't do a good job. She added too much powder and didn't file down so my nails where bulky and uneven. She asked me to come back and she would fix them. I went back and paid extra to get French tip and a manicure and this is how they cal out. I have never my nails like this before. I realized it wasn't in her to do flawless nails so I said nothing. Paid and tipped and left. The good thing it's nails and in two weeks I can get them taken off. I was super excited to get my nails done again but oh well.
