Argentina Market Butcher is a mixed bag for meat shoppers. While they offer a commendable selection of meats, including Argentinean specialties, the overall shopping experience has room for improvement. The quality of their meats is generally good, but occasionally, there have been issues with freshness. Prices are reasonable, but not always the most competitive in the area. One drawback is the store's size; it can feel cramped during busy times, making it a bit challenging to browse comfortably. Additionally, organization and cleanliness could be better maintained. The staff is friendly but not always as knowledgeable as one might hope.

Don't let the name deceive you. It is DEFINITELY NOT an Argentine market given that I am Argentine. All they have in the market that is Argentine is Yerba mate, chimi churri, and a very few select items like dulce de leche and membrillo. If they changed the name to fit the Mexican market of products or international market, then I would approve.

I've been coming here for years but with this management this place has turned to trash. They always have expired products and when you ask if they have the products that are not expired they get upset. Check your expiration dates!!!!!

Great little market close to my house. They have a decent selection of meats in the butcher area that are very reasonably priced.

Great place to stop in and grab a plate of guisados, a burrito, torta, etc. for lunch. It's ready in a pinch, fresh, and affordable. Their meat quail lito has also been good whenever we bbq. We like their chorizo and is one of the few spots we can buy it if our chorizo hook-up hasn't been around. Service is always friendly and they have lots of Latin groceries in store.

Very good preparada meat in town. Right now in Pasadena the price ranges from 899 to 1099 for flap meat. I wish it was skirt. Yes big grocery stores have it for cheaper. But when it comes to taste this is the best. The only thing that o have been noticing in regard to their short ribs they make them Very thin. I asked the butcher last time. He said well people want to see more meat for their buck. So he told me next time that I need thicker cuts of short ribs I need to let them Know in advance so when they cut them they make my order before the cut the rest. And that is true.

I have been coming to this market for YEARS. Like probably 20 years at least. They have the best preparada I have had anywhere for their carne asada!! But today I felt disgusted! $10.99 for a lb of asada?!?!?! I mean I drove almost an hour hour to get it, so there's no turning back. But why the hell is this the most expensive market in SoCal for asada?!?!?! I may never come back, and it pains me, because damn it's good.

I love this place been coming here since a kid and remember the oddly thin but delicious pieces of pollo de milanesa preparada being just as juicy back then as it is now. They literally have the best chicken and Carne Asada in the Pasadena area to me.
