They eventually did get back to me, saying that the owner of the business passed away and that they were, of course, grieving and sorting things out. They heard me out and honored the warranty. “This place saved me. I went in for a cracked screen on my Android phone and he replaced it in a day. Threw in a free screen glass protector & phone magnet. Also charged me $10 for a super heavy duty case that goes for 4 times that on Amazon. I broke my phone screen last month ( I work with kids;) and the other place was slightly less but used a lower quality replacement screen and only sticky tape to attach it. Quality of work is top notch. Super friendly and explained the entire process to me. I'll be back for sure.”

“This past Friday we had an amazing experience at this location. After reading most of the reviews, I was apprehensive to stop by. I'm glad I did not allow the negative comments to keep us away. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. It was a busy day (Veterans' Day). Jen's personable demeanor and friendly smile is what made a difference, and I absolutely will be returning to this AT&T location. Look no further for outstanding customer service. Her name is Jen.”

“Went there to replace a charging port as it wasn't charging. Turns out all it needed was a little cleaning. They did it for free and didn't try to do a repair I didn't need. Great place and I'll definitely be back if I need an actual repair.”
