Character items were sold, mainly Sanrio items. Japanese heroine makeup mascara and eyeliner were on sale, so I'm thinking of buying some when I run out.

Christine, a black women is very rude. My kids were being kids, of course and she rolls her eyes and did an exasperated sigh. Very unprofessional, if y’all wanna work at customer service y’all are gonna have to deal with children. Get another job if u don’t like it, it was my mom & I and my children’s first time here too, never again.

So preface, I shop here whenever I get the chance too which is rare but I always find something cute, themed and unique to purchase. I’m a rewards member as well which helps as the purchases add up. I adore this store, there’s always a cute character themed section, plushes, car items, la Crème shop makeup and skin-care, cups/tumblers and stationary as well as Asian snacks. Well, today I went in with a friend, I did a color swatch of the crème shop on my hand with the labeled testers and chose a lip gloss, the last one in the stand. I then asked the attending lady if they had gua sha or the jade/rose quartz face rollers because I always see them in the skin care aisle. She didn’t bother looking or checking the aisle, or the back where a male attendant was unpacking and stocking the aisles. I found some cute cinnamoroll items, dropped them on my basket and proceeded to checkout, she scanned my items, I checked and followed the list on the screen, then paid and walked out, had a funny feeling I was missing something and sure enough it was my lip gloss which I had paid for, I told the lady and she said “oh you didn’t pay for it”, so o was like oh ok I’ll pay for it, , paid and walked out but checked my recipe )which I had to ask for because she was about to toss it on the trash, double checked my receipt and !! She had already charged me so I went back inside and told her her mistake. She reluctantly said she’d refund the money so I waited.

Walked in here because it looked so cute from the outside and it did not disappoint. There were so many different items to buy. They had such cute Japanese inspired items including plushies, bags, keychains, water bottles, and lots more. I bought a lot of different things for my nieces and they loved it. Everything was reasonably priced and the service was great.

Found a good phone holder for the car, and Sales rep Andrew was great! But someone needs to turn the A/C back on in this place - it's a hundred degrees out, so hard on workers as well as customers!

I was getting a headphone today. But it was 14 something and I was giving them $15 and didn't have any change at all in their box. What kind of store it is they don't have any change. Android doesn't have apple pay. Please don't go there. I don't recommend you that place. The place was very hot and didn't have an air conditioner

I went in today wanting to browse but there was no ac. It was so hot inside that I didn't last longer than two minutes. I feel so bad for whoever works there. It was much cooler outside than in the store

This is the worst Miniso store I have gone to. I was in a hurry to pay for my stuff but the lady in front of me that was being rang up kept calling her friends that were in line behind me and the cashier didn't say anything. I was not happy. Oh, and you cannot pay cash here unless you have the exact change. There was a sign but it was not legible. What a mess! I wouldn't be back here at all.

After Chef Tony's Dim Sum, Hello Gelato, and YiFang Fruit Tea (I know... what didn't we cover LOL), I wanted to bring my daughters to Miniso. Wow... what a lovely store, but hot as heck! I was expecting to walk into a very cool store... it was cool seeing, but not cool feeling LOL. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was out of commission. Bummer! It must have been torture for the employees to be in here their entire shift. At least for the customers, we can leave whenever. They had 3-4 fans running, but that's just a waste of energy. You're not going to cool down such a big space with fans. Hopefully, they have fixed the AC issue by now.Anyway, we walked around the store. Saw some very cute and adorable stuffies. They have other things, too. But we were mostly interested in the plush toys. Well, my youngest daughter found some sort of chicken mushroom. So we bought the portobello mushroom chicken and the white pokey dot pink mushroom chicken. I called the portobello one "sargent" because it has that in charge look LOL. I don't resonate much with the white pokey dot one so no name for it. I used to collect TY beanie babies for myself many blue moons ago, but nowadays, whenever I buy plush toys, they are gifts primarily for my daughters or other family and friends. My girls have plenty of them plushies LOL.Staff was okay. Prices are as good as they get. Ambiance is just lovely... I like my pinks and lavenders. We'll definitely pay Miniso another visit the next time we're in Pasadena... just love their plush toy selections! Thank you Miniso for creating fun and soft stuffies. Happy Miniso'ing!

Neutral review. Products are great, employees are friendly but OMG it's like an oven in there. For the years we've been going there it's been so hot... this is no longer an AC problem but a management one. Please "FIX" your AC Mini-so Pasadena.
