Monday: I call and leave a message to ask if they can replace my cell phone battery. No response. Tuesday: I go in person. While talking with me, the guy takes a 5-minute call, then tells me he ordered while talking and he'll have the battery the next day. Wednesday: I show up again, and he says, I forgot to hit enter so didn't actually order the part, come back tomorrow. I drive to Prepaid Plus on Lake, and that guy gets on the phone and asks for $10 more and says that he owns all the repair shops in Pasadena. OK, you win.

Went there to replace a charging port as it wasn't charging. Turns out all it needed was a little cleaning. They did it for free and didn't try to do a repair I didn't need. Great place and I'll definitely be back if I need an actual repair.

Had a Google Pixel 6 phone who's screen went dead. Gadgetneeds told me what it would cost to fix with no pressure. They replaced the screen and had it back in my hands, working the same day. Price was quite reasonable and service was excellent. I'll definitely go there again if any of our other phones or tablets have issues.

Harry is always my family's go to phone fixer. He is fast, friendly and knowledgeable about phone issues. Today I went in to get my daughter's iPhone fixed because it was making a vibrating noise and Harry fixed it quickly.

I've had a very good Bluetooth speaker for over 10 years and the cord sometimes needs fixing and I don't want to throw it away. The guy here always make sure that my power cord for the speaker and charger are working and I get to keep my really beautiful speaker. I would recommend them and the work that they do 1000% thank you so much for helping me keep my speaker playing music.

Brought in my iPad Pro whose USB-C port died. Took a quick Look, checked if he had the part, and said come back in two hours. Calls me 45 minutes later and says it's done! Has been working perfectly since! Thank you so much for the quick service.

I'm so grateful for this store and their helpfulness. My phone has made it for three years with the support of Gadgetneeds. Fair pricing and quality service. My screen cracked more than once. Screws fell out and my screen fell off. They were able to glue my screen back on and it worked amazingly well for another 6 months. Fast forward, today, new screen and my phone is fully functional, once again. Appreciate your services and attention to detail.
