We got here at 8pm on a Sunday night. Anthony was really helpful and spent a lot of time with us to choose the right mattress. I would definitely recommend this place if you want an honest opinion for different mattresses.

I got three mattresses from this store, first a full size around 2016, been super happy with it, then I got a queen size around 2020, also very happy with it. Couldn't find similar firm mattress in other stores. Paul is very helpful, provides useful informationfor me to make decisions, and provides convenient delivery.Never had any trouble with them, highly recommended!

Paul made the process of mattress-finding so much easier and enjoyable. I went there after extensive research to try out brand name foam mattresses like Nectar or Dream Cloud but Paul was knowledgeable and his honest approach made me change my mind about those brands and went for Sealy brand instead. I made a purchase after his genuine comparisons and I'm thanking for his generous accessory offerings.

We needed a new mattress with ours being at least 10 years old, and needed something durable, long lasting and firm. We came here expecting to get one of those trendy "mattress in a box" ones -- but Paul convincingly sold us on the Tempurpedic. Sure, it's more expensive, but wow, the sleep we've had on it is great. I've been waking up much earlier than usual, and feel totally rested and wide awake when I get up. Also, we had to exchange the box springs -- the whole set up ended up being to high for my 5'0"-- and Paul made it super easy to do. Paul's a great guy, and I highly recommend this place.

Had amazing customer experience with Daniel Ross the general manager at this location! Was quick and easy and answered all the questions I needed! Very knowledgeable in not only the mattresses but with physical health to help with my back for my sleeping type. After answering just a few questions, he was able to narrow down to two choices that fit in my budget and needs and couldn’t be happier with my result and got delivered to my house earlier than expected which is great! Would recommend others to come here. Appreciate your help Daniel!

Good deal on Tempurpedic mattress & adjustable base. Paul was very helpful. The accessory headboard brackets were on back order but, I was able to pick them up about a week later.Good customer service!

Recently purchased a mattress from Daniel. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me great direction on which mattress would fit my sleep style and budget. He said you can always make a mattress softer, but you can never make a mattress more firm. After having the mattress for over a month I can say that my sleep has improved and my shoulder pain has mostly went away.

We purchased a king sized bed from Daniel 2 months ago in November 2021. Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to us the different pros and cons of the different brands, and how Mattress City has been able to successfully expand and grow their number of locations. we couldn’t be happier with our new, extra firm mattress.
