This is a median store compared to other marshalls stores, despite its size it is well distributed and has a good assortment. Although I did not find what I was looking for, I am very satisfied with customer service, their employees strive to provide assistance, give suggestions and even indicate other possible places where you could find what you are looking for. They know, what Customer Service is about.

I visited the store today, and I found a wooden end C-shape table, the last one on display with some scuffs and scratches and no price or info on it. I called and associated over which she called her supervisor over. He looked at the table, and he said it would be $50. bucks, I showed him the other c-shaped tables that were near it that they had a metal frame wooden top and electrical outlet in it for plugs and USB ports, price $39. He told me they were that priced because they were made cheap. I told him I would be willing to pay $45. Given the condition of the table, he said No. So I went to the "I Home store" next to "Marshalls" and got one that was about the same for a lower price. Very happy

I love this Marshall's! The employees are friendly, helpful, and they work hard to keep the store clean! I'm from Rancho Cucamonga, and I always stop by this store when I'm around the area! On top of that, the store has nice products that I don't normally find in my city!

8/10 Customer service employees are really friends and helpful 7/10 clean store overall some shelf's are empty though Verify of mugs really really cute .
