We were on our way back for a 400 mile road trip, and noticed a loose front bumper. Sam was able to get us in right away, and took care of us so we drive home safely. Excellent service and friendly employees. Thank you so much, Sam and everyone at Markham Boling Collision. You really made our day! Highly recommended!

I went into the shop in early October because my bumper got snagged on a parking space curbside. It got yanked off pretty good. I went to Firestone and to their credit, they tried their best. They weren't able to fit the bumper back on, but zipped tied it in two areas so it didn't get any worse. Next stop, Honda dealer service dept. I was reluctant to go there, because I know you need and appointment, and that it was apt to be expensive, but I wasn't sure where to go next. Get there and they tell me they don't do that kind of work at the dealer, but outsource that work to the Markham Boling Collision Center. I head on over. I get there and quickly speak to Mr. Dominick Bernardini hoping at best to get a same day appointment and a quote. He steps outside looks at the bumper, and tells me to drive to the back service entrance. Before I know it, he's got a technician on it and before I can blink, the guy was half way done. Couldn't believe how kind and efficient these guys were!!!!!!! I can't recommend them enough! THEY'RE AWESOME!

Sam and Dominic were excellent communicators regarding the estimate and managing expectation on repair completion. Really excellent quality work, to make the car look BRAND NEW!!!! I really appreciate them getting the car done a day early.

As other reviewers mentioned, it takes a long time to fix your car. I had an accident someone hit me from behind and it was ruled the other person's fault. Took my car to Markham, they said 10 days but it was over a month due to the slow interaction between the insurance and Markham. The bumper looks brand new but the crew forgot to fix the paint that chipped from the bumper hitting the panel upward as Ary saw and stated initially when I first brought it in. Sam and the crew were very friendly, but there was a lack of communication on the status update and communication with the insurance agency. However, Dominick was very unprofessional and confrontational, it made me and the rest of the crew at Markham boiling feel uncomfortable and I did not feel comfortable going back about the missed paint chip on the right panel above the bumper. On the price side of the job, I felt it was somewhat overpriced. This is based on my previous back bumper done it in the past and it was under $3000, but that was before Covid. Also, my husband's coworker who had a similar work done on the bumper of her newer model Prius. She went to an auto-shop referred by a Toyota parts dealer and paid a total of a little over two thousand for the replacement of the bumper and the broken parts behind the bumper last year. As other reviews mentioned the price is very high. The insurance company told me the max is 5,000, so Sam did his best to consult with the owner, since it was over the max. Unfortunately, I still had to pay out of pocket, even though it was not my fault. This will be the first and last time I will go there. They way overcharge.

I’ve brought two vehicles to Markham Boling now and have received excellent service from Sam and the crew both times. Sam updated me throughout the repair process and was a pleasure to work with.

Working with Dominic was a pure delight! He was so helpful in helping take care of my rear bumper quickly and swiftly. The service they provided was professional and their communication was straight forward and honest. I plan on recommending them when friends or family need work done by genuine, honest pros!

I’ll rate it with five deserved stars for great service. The guy at the counter is a professional service manager, who knows how to handle customers and take care of their needs. Rarely you can find such service oriented personnel at places like this. ???

My brother damaged the rental car and when I brought it to this place, they're giving me honest feedback and rough estimate on the repair. Instead of repairing, they told me to use the paint. More amazingly, they gave me the matching paint in a small container to apply to the damaged part for free. Highly recommended!

Sam and service were great! The repair took longer than expected and total price was higher than expected, albeit since going through insurance all was covered. One star due to Dominic's behavior that was questionably racist? Also gaslighting in the review response. I recall the events perfectly well and have proof from my bank that the check was cashed by the business. There was never any mention of the business not accepting checks. I received a check from insurance for original estimate so when picking up car needed to turn over to Markham the amount I was initially paid. To avoid the 3% fee they add when using a credit card, I instead used one my 0% $0 fee Discover line of credit checks. Dominic basically accused me of trying to pass a fraudulent check. He said the the paper weight seemed off and was hesitant to take it. I told him look you have all my information my address which matches the check my insurance company information, drivers license and I'm a CPA, if there are any doubts about the check then call the phone number on the check. He reluctantly accepted it after my statements and looking me up and down. I get that business owners need to protect themselves against fraud. However, instead of becoming confrontational with me, he could of simply said 'just a moment' and stepped into the office to call the 800 number on the check. The experience left me disappointed at his behavior and I question if I was not a person of color, would he have made the same statements of suspicion. Shame on you Dominic. POC take your business elsewhere!
