Ahmad Was a genuine pleasure to deal with, he explained a lot and I appreciate him taking his time to show me around the office and to explain the value of the different mailbox memberships!! I literally just walked out the store, I feel great, I feel like I'm gonna enjoy this purchase, been needing a address for my business for privacy reasons; so far so good, I'll be back to update :)

This place is a real find - excellent, friendly service sets them apart from others I have used. I have personally used this service for over 4 years as I moved around the country, and I was always pleased with how well Allen and his staff handled all of our needs. The ONLY reason I won't be continuing is because I am leaving the country. I give Mail Box Planet (Pasadena) my highest rating.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. Allan and Armond are so friendly and always greet me with a smile. They really care about their customers. It's so nice to get packages delivered to a safe and secure spot. Highly recommend for a small business or if you simply want packages and mail to go to a safe location! Love the other services too like notary and ups pick up! Five stars!
