“Customer Service is stellar! I went in 30 minutes before closing time on the 4th of July. I was greeted by a person with a smile and ready to help me choose a wine. The worker asked me what kinds of wine I liked, where I was going to be drinking the wine (chilled or room temperature), full body vs light, etc. She then chose like 3 different high quality bottles. From there, we started narrowing down to single bottle. She told me price point, the differences between the bottles of wine, and so on. We decided on one and I didn’t leave feeling like I could’ve chose a different one. It tasted amazing. Also, I was going to a picnic but didn’t have a wine opener so she opened and corked it for me. She gave me a couple of cups as well. All in all, it was an amazing experience. I’m going to rate it a 12/10. It truly felt like a boutique experience.”
“Impressive! It’s the biggest Total Wine Store I have ever been in. Well organized, great customer service, and every choice of alcohol imaginable. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The are also nicknacks (food, soda, etc.) available as well. The prices were very reasonable, I expect higher cost as it California.”
“The store has its on free parking lot on the side of the building in addition to street parking. The prices are very competitive. Most brands of liquor are available at a reasonable price. The store has several clerks available to assist. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The liquor was sold at the advertised price and in stock. I saved about $35.00 on the one bottle I purchased for a birthday present.”
“We are French and we really liked the store and the welcome which is really great.
Lots of alcohol choices with good prices.
We will come back to support.”
“Boutique-style, like a little French market. Fresh sandwiches, cheeses, cold drinks and cut flowers. Super friendly neighborhood feel, approachable staff. Tastings and interesting popups (like coffee) on offer some weekends to try before you buy. The selection is dense and Tastefully curated. Come here to put together the perfect gift basket for a wine and cocktail-loving foodie.”
“Reminiscent old-school ‘Dena mom ‘n’ pop store, just how I remember in my own close-by neighborhood long before coming here for the first time. Friendly staff, decent prices, quick in-pay-out.”

290 S Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena“Before heading to Pasadena yesterday, my car gas gauge was at 2 bars. I said I'll just get gas after my workout. Sure enough... my gas gauge was blinking upon leaving my workout location LOL. I had to quickly find a gas station. Well, the nearest gas station was at least 5 minutes from where I was at. It was between Chevron or Shell. Guess who won? You got it... Shell!Funny, as I was driving to Shell, I saw Chevron, but it was on the other side of the street that I was driving on so I said I'll just stick with Shell. Great corner location on Del Mar Blvd and Arroyo Parkway. Clean exterior. Prices were several cents cheaper than Chevron... yay! They also have a food mart, but I didn't go in. I prefer to pay at the pump unless I really need to go inside. If they run out of paper, I just make myself a note on gas cost and be on my way and not bother going inside to get receipt. Anyway, thanks Shell for being present when I needed you most!”

“Always shopping here! The customer service is just too good! Ryan with the best smile and friendly demeanor was the icing on the cake. He obviously is grateful for his job and provides customers with top tier customer service. So grateful to see that the art of excellent customer service is still alive. Thanks so much Ryan for fixing my order!”

354 Allen Ave, Pasadena“This is now my go-to liquor store in Pasadena. I immediately noticed how clean it is, and I like their selection of both candy and drinks. Their prices are great too, and it's conveniently located off the 210 freeway close to Pasadena City College. I definitely recommend this place if you need a quick coffee before class. (:”
“A lot of selections of wine, spirits and beer at reasonable prices compared to other local liquor stores with a lot of other selections of flavored drinks and everyday necessities.”
“Unbelievable spot with an incredible selection. Prices are generally better than all other liquor places. The prices are competitive for collectors who are looking for rare spirits. I liked that about this store. I did some research before I bought some rare whiskies here.”
“Hey, where u all at for Two days in the AM? Got a vendor trucker out here waiting for you all. You missed me & and a couple of other clientele! What are your hours in the morning? Love u all!”
“I love going shopping there. I have couple guys that really help and take carry me when I'm ready to leave and load my car app very good customer service. And I like the meat and the way the staff is. Do you know how to treat people and serve what people ask for keep up the good work? And keep up trying to keep the fruit very fresh and sweet. That's very important.”

1072 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena“The clerk working tonight was fantastic. I felt very welcomed. This is a really great store. I like the lottery selection and that they cater to that, but the beer is a bit expensive. I go here for customer service and lottery selection.”
“If your a local this is the place! Is the definition of convince store. I've been going here for 7 years every employee is always so respectful never moody or bland. Everyone loves the Irish guy before they fired him. Everyone else is cool. If your not in the area you come from Beverlyhills yea you may have some judgment because of the homeless people that pass by which in my opinion they are just people they mind their own buissness.”

Neat and clean.”
“Stopped by for some lottery tickets and the cashier was so friendly and funny. Love when you can banter with staff (could have been the owner).I’ve been here a few times, usually when I’m getting Shabu next door and always a good experience. Wanted to leave some feedback for the fun and friendly experience today.Have not tied the snacks or booze yet, but I’m pace has a nice open space and feel. Now hoping the good experience turns into good luck for the lotto!!!”
9AM - 9PM
885 S Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena“I chose to order from a BevMo (Pasadena - Arroyo Seco) not in my immediate area because they carried two selections of Nectar. The variety 12 pack (Mandarin, Yuzu, Lychee, Asian Pear) and the POG (Passion, Orange, Guava) six pack. Perfect timing too! The latest promotional email coupon landed in my inbox a few days ago. I stocked up with plenty of Nectar to last me quite a while. The Nectar Asian flavors tasted so good last time I got the variety pack that I chose to do a super order and max out the $25 discount on orders over $150. I came in on Saturday mid-morning. It was super chill, only one customer at check out. This was the first time I noticed the Mo. There was random stuff that I didn't expect to find at BevMo. It didn't take but a minute for Mikhail to come over and help me out. Picking up my order was very easy. He grabbed all the items in my order and put them in my shopping cart. I only needed to show my DL, sign for the order, and load my car parked in front of the store. I was in and out of there really quickly.”
9AM - 10:30PM
1445 Lincoln Ave, Pasadena“This place has almost everything that you can imagine. The only thing I didn't find was foot fungus medicine and coloring books. Other than that I think they'd a had everything anyone could ask for. So if you're in this area and you need something that's the place to go late or on special occasions when you can't get to any other stores they have it all”
“Great local wine shop with helpful staff full of useful information. If you have questions wine, or are craving something specific, this is your store. The owner, Nicole, is usually there and she is a huge help with selecting exactly the right wine. Highly recommended!”
