The staff at the Pasadena Store No. 2 are knowledgeable, experienced and provide excellent customer service. Giovanni leads his team with a management example of excellence in all areas and his staff follows through to ensure that the advice provided and purchase decisions I make are informed and sound. Carina is always willing to help me find just the right maintenance part or accessory and is there to ensure that our pool water quality is perfect! This location is the absolutely best place to go for your pool supplies! I'm a perfectionist by nature and they never disappoint.

I have been looking for help with my above ground pool for over two weeks on yelp and google but NO ONE services these kinds of pools so I decided to try it out myself. The staff at Leslie's were so helpful they had me set up within minutes. I left the store with a 4 step easy peasy plan for chemical balancing and maintenance. Super easy once I got home and set everything up. Oh, and I got a $15 discount for shopping there. I am the owner of a small business and I will say that I am disappointed with my experience with other small businesses this time round.

Years and years ago I started out as an above pool customer. Gio, Carina and team were helpful year after year. I fell in love with the process of pools. I went and got my CPO license. Began designing pools (I am a landscape designer) and finally progressed to building pools! I still come to Leslie’s Pasadena! I can’t say enough nice things about this store and the team! Xoxoxo it has been a fun journey that they were supportive of the entire way.

Absolutely terrible. They didn't fix the problem after multiple attempts. Would never call me back, would lie to me about what was going on. There are lots of terrible pool repair choices out there, but this was one of the worst.

I've been a customer here for 15 years since we bought our first house with a pool. I'm sure I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and recommended them to family and friends. We cover our pool to keep it warm, and even though their covers have a 5 year warranty, they actually deteriorate to the point they're crumbling apart after 12-18 months. However, due to the warranty, I've kept buying their product repeatedly over the years. The first time I came in to redeem it, the manager told me the warranties were prorated, so if you'd had it for 2 years you paid 2/5 full price for a new one. Okay, fair enough. A few years later he let me know I'd "used up" my warranty, meaning they'll only credit you up to the amount of the amount you paid for your item. So let's say you bring it back in on the warranty annually for 5 years and pay 1/5 of the purchase price each time, then that's it, no more warranty, you have to pay the full purchase price. Well, okay, I guess that kind of makes sense. Fine, but it would have been nice if you told me that when I bought it.Today I went in and the same manager I'd dealt with for years and years told me my warranty was over. I said what? I'm pretty sure I paid full price for one of these a year or so ago. Nope, sorry, our records show your last purchase was in 2017. What? I think I've probably bought 3 of these since then! Sorry - that's what our records show. Here take a look for yourself. If you'd don't have the receipt, I can't help you.I said, look, I can buy this cheaper on Amazon and have it delivered to my door. I've been coming here for 15 years, but if you don't sort this out I'm never coming back.Sorry, can't help you. Okay... I'm never coming back.

Shopped at the Colorado Street location many times. I have to say that an employee by the name of Giovanni is one of the nicest, most polite, helpful and hard working I have witnessed in a business in a very long time. This young man is amazing, hard working and a real asset to that location. I went to the La Cresenta location one time and the young man was on his phone texting the whole time he was trying to answer my questions, no job application there! Giovanni should get a raise!!
