I would give them zero star if it was possible, they are very rude and unprofessional with customers, very expensive and when i complain to the manager he was more rude than any other one. zero customer service and zero class

Not long after a big lightning storm the Rain Dial-controlled drip line in our backyard stopped working. We thought the line’s solenoid might be shot, but took some photos and went here for help. Hector and Joe spent over 15 minutes advising on our Rainbird valve setup, why a bad timer or bad solenoid could be the problem, and what we might do to diagnose, even giving us names of local persons with experience in case we decided not to mess further with this problem. We weren’t just sold some part that couldn’t (or wouldn’t) be a fix. In my opinion this is SUPER SERVICE!

The workers and owners here don't know what they're doing. They're very rude and full of themselves as well. The only thing that was entertaining about the place were the roaches and rats doing their little circus act in the corner. Y'all i swear to you it was something outta Coraline. But i'm truth, they couldn't keep their prices straight. They told us one price for a lawn mower then over charged us when we came to buy it. I'm surprised that this place is still standing and in service.

This store is from 80's. Their computer or cashier system is old. The cashier (literately) has to look for the item and then enter it into the system for them to charge you. They never know what the price is until AFTER they call their boss to ask what the price for certain item is. This is just insane. The owner is super cheap and hasn't wanted to get an automated system from for the year 2021? Okay, how about getting an old system from the 90's? Anything would work vs what they currently have, which is nothing. I have been to this store two times and the wait time is just unacceptable and after several minutes all the gardeners begin to leave the store because they are just waiting and waiting and waiting for their turn to pay. Is crazy I haven't seen a store like this in many decades. The only good thing is that this store reminded me of my youth during the good old days :-)

If I could I would not leave any stars on this place. Manager is a rude narcissist person he thinks he's the owner or something. Work here for a day and was the biggest mistake of my life, manager decided to not call me by my name since I was a beginner he thought it was correct to call me by a nickname he stated he use for all new employees which It was the word "guppy" (small fish) last time I check I was a HUMAN being not an animal. The fact that he uses the word with all "new" employees (which they don't last working here) and the main bosses don't do anything or acknowledge it says much about this business here. He also stated that he wasn't going to call me by my name till he thinks I deserve it. No wonder this place lacks of employees, who would want to work with this type of management. Then he started asking me private questions about my legal status here in this country which later on I realized it probably was because he's racist, especially towards Spanish speaker costumers because he knows they might not do anything about it but suck it up. Other than that he treats "Americans" with all "respect", so ridiculous. Contacted the "boss" and all he said was sorry and that he was going to pay me for the day?! And was willing to transfer me to another store. Which I really expected for him to do more since it ain't the first time that "manager" is an as*hole toward the employees. Plus, the other supervisor all she had to say that she didn't believe it was true and that I might had exaggerated things?! I wish I did. I could totally confront him in front of the "bosses" but don't want to waste my time when I know they ain't going to do ANYTHING about it. Only if they knew the type of manager he is. He said he has 20+ yrs of experience working there but somehow the 3 boxes of money he used that day came out short like 80$ but probably he tried to blame it on me since I was the new one (whenI have 8 yrs of experience handling cash) (I only touch one of the boxes once) and he made a comment saying that he's always putting the money so it ain't the first time huh? But don't worry he makes up the money not from his pocket but deleting orders but hey the boss doesn't really care about how he treats the costumers/employees maybe he'll care about his money(: so if you want to be treated like sh*t go ahead and go shop/work here:) They need to probably read their OWN employee handbook because i think they forgot some of their rules.
