Friendly and well-trained staff, plus a clean and hygienic facility. Only downside was the long queue, I arrived at 7.20am on a Saturday and had to wait until 8.35am to be seen. Next time I’ll arrive much earlier!

Came on a Saturday morning, 9:30am. Only waited 20 minutes. This location is WAY better than the awful Green st one. Have no idea why this place is rated low. Maybe during the week it's bad? If so I recommend you try a Saturday ?

This labcorp location is small but mighty! The area was very clean and well ventilated. Jackie was professional and courteous. She took my blood and I didn't feel a pinch. Thanks keep up the great work you do.

Came for drug test. Walk in are supposedly 9-12:30 but because they are understaffed they stop taking walk ins by 11:00ish. Feel really bad for the workers as they are understaffed. Probably overworked and underpaid.

Excellent place, they treat me very well and the best thing is that when I draw blood it doesn't hurt

Came in for an employment drug test screen. Only complaint is they should have more chairs for people waiting. Otherwise I got there around 9:15am and left around 11:20am. Really not as terrible an experience as people made it out to be, I was prepared for much worse. Drug tests run 9am-12pm I believe. Parking was $6.75 (max is $7)

By far the worst place to get anything done. Labcorp as a company is absolutely awful. I was sent to the DTLA location which was closed, so the following day I was sent to McArthur Park and they told me they don’t do what I needed to get done and they sent me to Pasadena. The woman told me to get there as early as I can to avoid a long wait. I got there at 7 and they told me that they didn’t start doing employee drug tests until 9. I let them know that I have a time cut off at 9:13 and they said I should be fine. I waited another 2 hours only to tell me that my time was cut off time passed and that they couldn’t help me.
Aside from all of that I had two women ask me to help them check in because the lady in the front was not helpful or doing her JOB. The ladies were elderly and were intimidated and didn’t want to be yelled at again. The stuff is horrible and inconsiderate. Don’t work with people if you don’t like to.

Almost all LabCorp locations lack efficiency, this one takes the crown. That said the people here are nice. But expect to wait 2 hours, even if you come before 8am.

I had a very positive experience at the Labcorp at 50 Alessandro St in Pasadena. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and I arrived 15 minutes early as recommended. My check in was extremely easy and user friendly at the kiosks. My name was called by the receptionist within 5 minutes to request my lab paperwork and I was then called into the room for my blood draw. The phlebotomist was friendly, asked how I was feeling and confirmed my birthdate and doctor. She did a great job at the blood draw. I didn't even feel the prick. She was quick, professional and had no trouble locating a viable vein. I was done with everything within 5 minutes! I was very nervous prior to going in because of my lengthy medical history and I have had many blood draws. My experience at this lab was by far the most efficient and pleasant lab work experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them! Catherine

Worst Labcorp I have been too. Really understaffed they have the girl at the reception drawing blood back and forth. The wait time is over 2 hours which in other locations it takes at the most 45 mins. Crowded place with only 4 chairs and 20 people waiting in the hallway. Plus you have to pay for parking, avoid this location at all cost.

Service - A$$. No Value for anyones time. Shouting out patient names from desk. 10 people in hallway. No updates. Sh!77y attitudes. As if we are bothering them for updates. Time management - Super A$$. Again no Value for anyones time. Drug screen had me waiting 2 hours before being seen. Imagine being prepared to p!$$ and having to hold it. Pathetic Operations - Short staff. Management needs to be on site. Workers dont know how to manage large groups of patients. No order. No fuX giving. Kiosk check in is BS and just a way to try and not to deal with anyone. Nobody ever and I mean ever at front desk. To top it all off..I got sick from being there for a long period of time. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review on a place. This was well deserving.

All staff very poor bedside manner Nancy rudest at its finest To: Nancy if you don't like people may I suggest working in a ware house loading boxes (boxes have no feelings) I asked for a mask she handed me one that looked used so I asked for another and was told that's our last one rudely (so take it or leave it) I'll leave it thanks Really though a medical establishment with no masks No where to sit poor elderly couple in their 80's with canes standing for over an hour Kiosk says will text you but they don't they call your name that you can not hear because your in the hall and they won't come to the hall to call your name if you don't hear the faint voice in the room your loss

This has got to be the most poorly staffed office in Pasadena. To no fault of the staff, but I hope Labcorp starts losing contracts if they can't get there house in order. 3 hour wait times? Come on guys
