Worst lab I've ever been to. Wait times we're over an hour and a half. No seating because it's so full. Don't use this place it's just not worth it.

Labcorp on Green Street in Pasadena is a zoo. I waited 2 1/2 hours to be called after I checked in, and then they paged me and told me that I had to wait an hour more to be seen. Do not go to this lab. IT IS A ZOO!

The facility does not have a restroom nor a key for there patients to provide a urine sample.they advice to take the urine cup home or fine the nearest facility then return the cup.unacceptable

If you do a walk in, expect to wait at least one hour minimum because they have an insane backlog of patients.

Make an appointment! I did and got in and out within 30 mins while wheelchairs lined up outside on the walkway. This place is too small to handle the volume of people. One of the 2 check in computers was broken so that created a line. This place is cramped and scuffed and grubby. Labcorp should be embarrassed.

I’ve always found this Labcorp very nice, and clean. The receptionist was professional,and careing. I do wish they were open on Saturdays a couple of times a month. It would be very helpful for people that work . This is my 1st choice over all the other Labcorp’s.

Worst labcorp around. Avoid if you can. Long wait times even if you have an appointment. I can understand that to a point and the phlebotomists are okay but the front desk staff are rude and unfriendly. Messed up my moms test which was pretty important as we needed it to get a biopsy to test for cancer.

Filed a complaint against this location, had my elderly father turned down multiple times for labs that were ordered by different Dr's offices.Verified information from his Dr's office, even obtained Fax confirmation #'s of the orders sent to labcorp.Their employees are classless, pending to hear from a labcorp rep on the matter.

Terrible assistance and long waiting time.I asked to check the order prior, and after waiting for an hour, the front line said they Can't do it.Quest Diagnostics on the 1st floor has a way better service!No more Labcorp

Overall, my experience here has been average. The wait times can be long (1.5 hrs) or short (30mins) depending on the time you go. I am giving this place a 3-star rating because customer service can be improved and I had to wait 30 minutes after I was seated to give blood on top of the 90-minute wait in the lobby.

Too long of a wait. Hire more people.
