This location is by far the best Labcorp I visited. I specifically chose it because I checked every single location reviews and this location had the highest and I see why. Yes, they had a very long appointment window but that is no fault of their own. And visiting here versus other Labcorp locations, I see why. The phlebotomist here are friendly and they don't poke you with the biggest gauge needle and most painful blood draw I've experienced such as other locations. They were friendly and it was basically pain free, like it should be.

Employees are not professional and friendly. Arrived early and checked in but the system does not show appointment.

I’ve tried getting my blood drawn here 4 times in one week. The first two times they were unexpectedly closed. The third time the phlebotomist waited 40 minutes to tell me she didn’t have an order from my doctor. The fourth time she told me she wasn’t taking anymore walk ins. I’ve literally wasted hours now trying to get a 2 minute blood draw.

Very good service! The lady who drew by blood was top notched and so pleasant. I hardly felt anything. I think her name is Denise. Norma was also pleasant. Way to go ladies!?

Wait was reasonable shorter then other places & you can shop while you wait lol. The staff are nice don't hurt you and your done in no time.

Why on earth is it possible to book appointments if the location is closed?? Just wasted a day of work for no reason. Pathetic. Inexcusable. This place does not deserve to be in business.

Fast, easy, and convenient. Located inside the Walgreen. I don't know if you can do a walk-in so I strongly encourage you to make an appointment ahead of time. Of all the local Labcorps -this location had the soonest and most appts availability and I was able to book a routine lab for the next day. You do a self check-in and you get called when it's your turn. I was seen 5 mins before my appt time and was out very quickly. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Plenty of free parking in lot off Shopper's Lane. Easy Peasy! Will most definitely return for any future needs.

I came to this LabCorp patient service center (PSC) after I needed to get a blood test and this PSC was the only one with availability in my area that worked with my job schedule. I was seen on time even though I came in 30 mins early. Everything was going fine until the blood draw. I always use my left arm as it has good veins. However the phlebotomist who served me that day couldn't find a vein in my left arm, the test I was doing didn't require fasting so I had breakfast with coffee that morning and I asked her if that would cause problems. She said no and thought she found a vein, she poked me which hurt a bit but after putting a tube in no blood was coming out. I was like "what did you do?" She said we could try another arm but I preferred my left arm and asked if another phlebotomist could try. She got one and this one was able to find a vein and my test was done. So far I haven't had any bruising or other complications post-draw but I probably won't be returning to this PSC unless as a last resort.
