He agreed to exchange the product for something that would work for my project, and the new fridge was received within a few weeks. The manager and associate I worked with took care of things quickly, and I really appreciate the follow up and their efforts to get this resolved.”

In addition, he answered all my questions on how to properly install the fittings and the supplies I would need.
