I was cured from herpes through the help of Dr. Kham, He cured me with his herbal medication, this is real, Don't let anyone deceive you. The claim by some medical doctors that says herpes disease have no cure is not true. There's a herbal doctor that can cure virus disease using herbal medicine. Be careful going Keck Medicine of USC. I went to see Patrick Hsieh in Pasadena and got billed as an outpatient service for this location. Instead of billing me my regular copay, they are billing me more because they use the billing code as an outpatient facility. I just went in for an office visit only and got a bill higher than what I expected. Will never use any of the doctors that work for USC. If the doctor has an office in Pasadena why would I be charged differently?

God is Good! I promised God that I would share my testimony on this website. I had all the signs of STD Virus but I was not too sure as to which one. I did a lot of online research and scared myself straight for a whole week before going to see the nurse. She took one look at my genital part and first said that it could just be the anatomy of my body, then she said it looked like genital warts and that I MAY have herpes. I was devastated. She gave me some medicine for the herpes and some cream for the warts. I was also tested for every single STD including herpes. I went home and cried searching the web for all sorts of cures for herpes and awaiting my results. I saw a post whereby Dr.Agbomian cured Herpes and other diseases, I copied his contacts out and added him on whats app via +2347046375902. The next day my test result was ready and I confirmed Herpes positive. I told Dr.Agbomian about my health problems and he assured me of a cure. He prepared his herbal medicine and sent it to me. I took it for 14 days (2 weeks). Before the completion of the 14 days in which I completed the dose, the Blisters and Warts that were on my body were cleared. I went back for a check-up and I was told I'm free from the virus. Dr.Agbomian cures all types of diseases and viruses with the help of his herbal medicine. You can reach Dr.Agbomian via his email address on (
[email protected]) or call him on +2347046375902

I am fairly new to Keck USC but I find my review is same as many below - good doctors/staff but horrible communications system. On my first appointment they sent me to a wrong location. Assumed it was not a big problem as I was early. So I would call and get the correct location - wrong thinking. It was 40 minutes and I finally gave up having missed my appointment. Keck phone numbers all go back to a call center and this horrendous procedure before you reach someone who will then connect you to the doctors office - unless the doctors office doesn't answer- then they will take your telephone number and tell you the doctors office will call you back - which they w0n't. Their communications system is par with cans and strings, drums, and smoke signals. What if I were in an emergency situation? From the looks of all the past comments it is obvious Keck does not want to communicate with patients - on the phone or through Yelp. If you need to talk to your doctor or doctors office - don't use Keck medicine.

Good docs and very crappy and frustrating system Schedulers and calling them is horrible. App is a disaster and failure. Clean up your act. Referrals for testing are nearly impossible due to disorganization

If I could give ZERO starts I would. First of all you aren't connected to the Dr.'s office directly. They connect you to some answering service that ironically provides ZERO service. They just pass the buck to someone else. I tried for THREE WEEKS to make an appointment with Rheumatologist Dr. Stratos Christianakis. I immediately complied with a of his very specific demands to submit prior medical records & various other information. I called to confirm receipt of the information & I never received a call back. I proceeded to call several times to try & see what was going on & I basically was told that Dr. Christianakis is Gods gift to earth & he'll let me know if/when/how to proceed. Mind you- still no one could confirm receipt of my information. I made it clear I needed an appointment asap & still....silence. I finally raised a stink- they located my records immediately- and I was told they were unable to accommodate me. After 3 weeks of wasting precious time. INCREDIBLE. Ultimately better I know now than later if the complete incompetence & lack of empathy from this Dr. and his staff.

KECK MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ: came here to voice my concerns and realized that the exact review I was gonna write has been written countless times, which is so sad. Me along with everyone else can't ever get a hold of anyone here and never get any calls back when promised. They all say we will call you back and NEVER do. Put you on hold for forever and once you actually get an appointment you have to wait HOURS, that's right, HOURS after your scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. The entire receptionist team and scheduling department deserves to be gutted and started over. You guys should be ashamed of yourself, you're really hurting people both physically and mentally. DO NOT CHOSE KECK MEDICINE USC. DO NOT CHOSE KECK MEDICINE USC. PPLEASEEEEE DONT CHOSE THIS PLACE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - ANYWHERE ELSE.

Wow, I am kind of taken aback at all of the one star ratings! Since 2013, I have seen several doctors here, and with only a couple of hiccups, I have been very satisfied with my care, and I feel like everyone there, from doctors to nurses, infusion nurses, receptionists, and the lab, has been really caring and helpful. Ruben in the lab has the gift of finding a working vein, and I appreciate the way he checks with me at all times because he doesn't want to cause me any pain. The doctors are so great, and I have never waited more than a few minutes past my appointment time. The only thing I can agree with is trying to reach anyone by phone. However, if you are on the USC portal, you can send an email, and they are very responsive. Parking is what it is. I've paid for parking at 90% of the doctors we've seen all over the LA area. I agree that getting appointments, especially as a new patient can take a long time. Several USC doctors are booking 4+ months out. When I first got sick, I was frustrated by that, but I've become accustomed to that, and know that they are very busy, and when it's my appointment time, they will give me time to explain my symptoms and ask any questions without feeling rushed. I have a very complicated medical history, and I genuinely love USC Keck!

BETRAYED!! I can't think of anything worse than to watch an oncologist deprive their patient of care and knowingly let them die when they could have been saved just with a phone call. I wont give the doctor's name but when I first met him he was outstanding, caring, everything you'd want in a doctor. He restored my faith in humans. But, a few years later it seemed he lost all compassion for his patients. He could careless about my loved one's welfare. He had the life preserver and could've thrown it to my loved one but chose to let her drown. Maybe the job he does changed him, maybe he had to become detached and not care. All I know is watching someone suffer knowing that their doctor can save them but chooses not to is disgusting, disturbing and soul destroying. This place didn't offer any nutritional classes or nutrition plans for their patients. They just kept pushing drugs. But, their advertisements state theyre number 1. This place has made me hate doctors. Hopefully one day they call feel the same hopelessness their patients feel....

This is for the infusion department. Keck USC is terrible at doing infusions. I went here after being tortured in Arcadia for hours in the prior treatment (before being lied to and sent to another facility). They were just as bad - if not worse. They kept poking me super hard until they got a vein, did it wrong and then it infiltrated into my arm. They acted like it was nothing - a super-strong drug usually used for lymphoma let out into my entire arm (and not into my vein - which was my treatment). When I called to voice my concern - all I got was messages from different managers at Keck trying to cover their a$$es - but not caring about the effects of their recklessness. They sure wanted to be paid though - tens of thousands of dollars in bills to my insurance company - for NOT doing their job. I ended my treatments are this despite having more to go. Not worth it. Now I'm still getting bills.

Keck USC offers the most dysfunctional care... as it is impossible to schedule or reach your specific doctor's office and/or test results. The parking is an outrage & a challenge for all... as well as rude & expensive. The bureaucracy speaks for itself with a lack of transparency yet sadly great doctors need to work within their inferior system.

Literally the worst place ever. Went to 7 doctors in this building and nothing. NO interest, no concern, no nothing but hey pay us. The most creepy blood nurse ever & the absolute worst billing system, you get bills 7, 8, 9 months after your visit. Go somewhere else. You have to pay and arm & a leg for parking. Barf.
