Love love love this place. Our dog can be a bit difficult to groom but K9 Loft is amazing with her and they always do a great job.

I purchased two items for my dog from the store. One of them is working out. The other one was damaged the first night that I gave it to my small dog. When I was making this purchase, the staff was very helpful. I explained my dogs, chew habits and so forth. Now that I need to return that one item, they are telling me that it needs to be in salable condition and would not accept the return. I definitely would not have this problem at a Petco or Petsmart. I was considering bringing my dog here for daycare and boarding but if they can't handle a small matter like this, how would they handle a larger matter? I will consider their reviews for daycare, but I will not buy another item from the store ever again unless I am 120% sure it is a quality item.

We were boarding our 3-year-old bulldog for the first time and could not be more disappointed in the service from K9. She was returned to us severely dehydrated, stressed, and exhausted. We almost rushed her to the emergency room due to her significantly stressed breathing after picking her up. The entire hour after her return to us was terrifying. Not once were we communicated with about her status over the course of 2.5 days. No photos or updates about her eating, drinking, etc. We know now to ask about whether she was eating, drinking, or using the bathroom normally, but we received no reassurance about how she was doing - even after calling and asking for it. We will not be returning and strongly advocate against bringing your dogs here if you value their well-being.

The people working there mistreat the dogs often and they seem to have no knowledge on sone of the dog food brands that they carry, will definitely avoid and everyone should avoid this place as well if you love your pets

I dropped off my little dog on Friday, and a lovely young lady by the name of Sophia helped me out. She was kind and gracious. Jesus walked over to us and politely asked me about the specifics of my dog's grooming (length of hair on body, on face, etc.) When I returned to pick up my dog, I was approached by a young girl dressed in dark colors who identified herself as Kelly when I asked her name. She was very short with me when I asked her how her day was. She also did not say you're welcome when I said thank you as she handed me my dog on the leash. I handed her a $10 as a tip for the groomer which she said she'd give him. My dog's grooming was 5 stars as usual! Thank you Jesus- you and the young lady that helped me at drop off make going to K9 Loft a pleasure. Hopefully management can ensure ALL employees have great customer service skills.

Brought my dog here multiple times for grooming and he was 1/2 done each time. I've found a better groomer. Boarding- did not feed my dog who needs medication- not once but three times! And the manger lies to your face. They gave my dog his breakfast as his dinner. The meals and times are marked on his little meal bags. They try to back track every-time, blaming the dog for not eating. My dog goes to multiple daycares who can manage to feed him the correct food at the correct time. Yesterday I went to pick up my dog and the came out with the wrong dog! Absolutely incompetent- don't bring your dog here. 0 stars

**update** Came to purchase some dog food (even though I really didn't want to come back to this disgusting place). The women working here are clueless and rude, I found out the one person here who was helpful and very kind no longer works here (I don't blame him) and of course the place smells awful. The questions I asked were responded with what sounded like "guessing" answers, no actual knowledge. Staff also seems somewhat racist towards Persian's as they were constantly staring and talking crap behind my back. I truly hope enough people report this place and get it shut down

my fat chiwennie with separation anxiety tried out a non aesthetic dental cleaning at this place! It surprisingly only took an hour, and now her teeth are so shiny you'd think she got veneers the back staff goes above and beyond to deep clean and combat that respiratory dog virus floating around. the staff is on top of it making sure that all dogs have the proper vaccines? in order to go into the play area and have rooms for dogs who have yet to be neutered or prefer to be alone ☺️☺️in regards to the retail area, it’s very aesthetic looking and love how cute the place looks everytime it’s a different season / holiday. various selections and cute selections of everything being sold ☺️☺️

The incompetence and unprofessionalism of this place is unmatched. I signed up both my dogs for boarding. I provided copies of their vaccines as required. We were in their system and ready to go. First time boarding went of with out a hitch. I tried calling again to book them a second time and the rude employee on the phone told me I couldnt because I had never turned in their vaccines. Are you kidding me! I kindly asked to speak to the manager, who took the copy of their vaccines when signed them up. The employee proceeded to give me attitude and kept repeating, when do you want to come in to turn in the vaccines? Then She hung up! I was fumming at this point! How unprofessional to treat customers like that. I drove down there and talked to the manager in person. Turns out she lost the copy of my dogs vaccines, which i might add has my personal information! The employee who hung up on me wouldnt even look at me. It was disgusting. I asked, how was I able to book them the first time then? And they didnt have an answer. I dont know what they are doing down there! They need to hire some new staff asap. I didnt catch the girls name but she was a heavy set lady with a heart tatto on her hand. The nerve of her! Mind you, I know mistakes happen, but that's not how you treat a customer when you make a mistake. Didnt even apologize. The correct think would have been to say we're sorry we misplaced the vaccines, we'll schedule your pups in for boarding but can you please bring the vaccines when you drop them off. That's it, that simple. But no, yoy want to cop and attitude, smh!

I will never board my dog here again, place smells terrible of urine and some chemical, when i brought my dog home he peed 3 times inside in one day, i came to the conclusion that he was to relieve him self in his private space because the workers did not take him out every hour like they told me numerous times. Before each drop off, i asked numerous times to give him his pillow and blanket and they did not do it, i understand now that it’s because they don’t want to deal with peed or soiled blankets, if they would have mentioned that since the beginning i would have looked for somewhere else to board him. For grooming also both my pups came home scared from the loud drying tube they stick in their cage. No wonder they are always available.

Very dirty, my puppy came back sad, and got kennel cough. Dogs are just in a big room and there's pee everywhere. All of the dogs look miserable!

Took my dog, Harley, for a cut yesterday. They didn't bathe her hind quarters and left multiple areas of hair that weren't attended to. I called today to get a second cleaning and they took her for four hours. When I picked her up she still had area that need to be cut and her stomach was still dirty, which I just took care of myself. Won't be returning.

Negligent and Uncommunicative - My Dog Was InjuredI am deeply disappointed with my experience at K9 Loft. Not only did they fail to provide proper care for my beloved dog, but they also neglected to inform me of a serious incident that occurred during my dog's stay. This review serves as a warning to other pet owners who entrust their furry friends to this establishment. After picking up my dog from K9 Loft, I noticed a significant injury on my dog's neck that required immediate medical attention. I was shocked to learn that the injury had occurred at the daycare, as no one from the facility had bothered to inform me of the incident. As a responsible pet owner, I expect transparency and open communication regarding any mishaps involving my beloved companion. The fact that the staff failed to notice such a severe injury raises serious concerns about their level of supervision and overall competence. It's clear that the wellbeing and safety of the dogs in their care are not a top priority. A reputable doggy daycare should have attentive staff members who are trained to identify and address potential risks, ensuring the welfare of every dog under their supervision. Moreover, the lack of communication, especially from the Manager, Amy is completely unacceptable. As soon as an incident occurs, it is her responsibility to promptly inform the dog owner, allowing us to take appropriate action. By failing to disclose this information, Amy has displayed a severe lack of professionalism and disregard for her customers' trust. Even to go as far as to laugh, mock me, and say, "It's not like she was bleeding" over the phone when I called with reasonable frustration and concern. Which by the way, she was bleeding. You can see it in the photos. Instead of taking accountability, apologizing and reassuring me it wouldn't happen again, Amy suggested I find another doggy daycare.I strongly urge pet owners to consider other options when seeking reliable and caring doggy daycare services. The negligence and lack of communication demonstrated by K9 Loft are simply unacceptable. Our furry companions deserve better treatment, and we, as pet owners, deserve peace of mind when leaving our dogs in the hands of professionals.I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale to others and encourages K9 Loft to improve their practices, placing the safety and well-being of the dogs they care for above all else.

Been bringing my dog here for years for daycare. The staff is great and my dog loves her bath sessions. Only downfall are those Whole Food shoppers that take the parking spots. Very clean and organized
