I have an heirloom ring that needed some attention but I didn't want to have it repaired by someone I didn't really trust. This ring was custom designed and made in the 1920's and was given to my be my Grandmother. After talking with Herman at JHM I knew he was the right craftsman for my repair. He did an elegant job and in very reasonable time and at a very fair price. I was also impressed with his custom designed jewelry which is exquisite and I would highly recommend anyone looking for something unique and personal to check out JHM.

Went there twice the first time to have bracelet fixed, the second to purchase a ring. I was impressed with the fact that the repairs were timely and reasonably-priced, and the fact that they were able to talk me through a purchase without trying to upsell to more expensive items - they seemed particularly honest and nice, and had good inventory.

Herman did a wonderful recreation of my beautiful aquamarine drop earring -- I lost one while playing tennis. He put them both in a deeper hook setting so that I can do my thing without them dropping out of my ears. I am so happy!!
