I wanted to return a “final sale item” for store credit. They never said in the past it wasn’t allowed. This time Leo said it’s not allowed unless I call support and they tell him the return would be allowed. So I did that, put them on speaker phone, they tell him the return will be allowed and he responds saying “no it won’t, we don’t allow more than one courtesy return” and I’m just like… what?? Why did you have me call them then? The whole thing was weird and awkward.
Anyway, the phone rep processed the return for me by mail. I definitely won’t be coming back to this store.

I’ve gone here several times this year. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They don’t hover around and ask you 100 questions about what you like or what you’re looking for. They let you shop in peace and are always ready to answer any questions. Recently I ordered something and was delivered the wrong item. They were beyond helpful with the entire return process. Great experience all around.

I always buy online pickup in store, less busy than the century city location, well worth the money I think, no complaints and I definitely recommend to shop here.

Shopping was pleasant enough and I bought a pair of shoes and 2 pairs of trousers. Unfortunately, one of the shoes started sqeaking really loudly after a couple of weeks because the sole is delaminating. They wouldn't exchange them because I didn't have the original box!! I have the original receipt and the fault is really obvious.

Above and beyond. From the moment I walked in the door the personnel here are gracious and a rare example of lovely customer service. It makes me want to return again and again! (And this is data gathered over multiple visits! Always an exceptional experience.)

The Pasadena store moved from the NW corner of Colorado & Fair Oaks to across the street by the Apple Store. It’s about 1/2 the size of the old store. Helpful staff still but maybe checking online to buy & pick up at the store might be a better option.

Very rude person! unfortunately I don't have the person name and I have to leave this review for entire store where the rest of the crew may not be deserve! I had a return for my online order and she was noticing me because I didn't have a paper receipt!!!!and at the end she left with out any notice and asked other representative to help! I wasn't rude or anything, I just patiently waited to be helped! Very disappointed from JCrew and from this point on I will rather do my shopping and returns online than dealing with face to face rude customer service and be judged for nothing!!!!

A bit bummed that the store moved to a smaller location. I was helped by Stacey today, and she was awesome! She found my size and delivered excellent customer service. I wish we could see more product displayed on the sales floor.

J Crew still doesn't disappoint. At a new more modern and hip location right next to the Apple Store on the legendary cool and hip Colorado Blvd, you can look fabulous while getting your latest iPhone updates! This new location is very new with high vaulted ceilings and pops with color from their new line of the season! Be sure to say hi to my fashion forward pal "H". That's "H" for handsome! The staff here is friendly and pretty knowledgeable. I love their selection of fashion choices and they have them in stock. See you here!

Another one bites the dust. As of February 7, 2023, this location has permanently closed. I no spoke to sales associate who said a new location will open nearby around Valentine's Day.

Always a, to use a cliche, wonderful shopping experience; helpful and very pleasant customer service. Their online store is also the best, with customer service, via chat or phone always willing to help with your inquiries.
