I have tried many times to have iSold It help me sell some items on EBay. So far I only had success several years ago. In their new location, they require you to make an appointment because the main door to the suite of offices works on the buzzer system. I did not know that this time. I arrived late after closing and could not get in. I wised up and called the next day. Hal was very helpful. My item, an upper dish rack for a Bosch dishwasher, apparently typically sells on eBay for around $100. I recall buying it from the manufacturer only about three or four months before the dishwasher failed and I had to replace the whole thing. The rack does not fit in the new model. The problem he pointed out was that most sellers were offering free shipping. He passed And accepting the item because he believed the free shipping would likely wipe out any profit we might get. I appreciated getting the advice so quickly so then I could find another way to dispose of the item. When I suggested that maybe I could try to sell it locally through Facebook Marketplace, he reminded me that the universe of buyers when you're selling something local that has a very specific purpose like this is very small so I might have to wait a long time. My primary goal was to declutter my house. If I could make a few dollars, that would have been good but it's not worth the hassle to have to keep it around until I find just the right local buyer. So, to sum up, my rating is based on Hal's very quickly supplied advice so that I knew what direction I wanted to go in.

Forget about it. It's almost impossible to find it, and it actually takes a half hour to circle around the block in some of the worst traffic in Los Angeles. Then it may or may not be open. I'm not even sure this can be called a business.

Hal is great. Are items were larger nature and more expensive am I bake didn't have the clout to be able to list them. I sold it did a great job. On multiple occasions. I picked Hal because of his yelp reviews. I'm glad I did. Some of his competitors have really crappy reviews. It doesn't always cost more to go with the best! This is one of those cases.

Hal goes above and beyond to make the whole process as transparent as possible. Very reasonable when considering EBay Listing costs,PayPal fees, shipping, item copy and photos. All the logistics are handled perfectly. If you have low value items \u003c250$, the cost is about 40%, but majority of the this goes to eBay and PayPal. High value items will see much more % going into your pockets. But again, all of this is agreed up front and no hidden fees. eBay is great but dealing with the headache of auctioning, pack\u0026shipping, or buyers making a claim or wanting to return items. I will gladly bring all my unwanted clutter with value to Isoldit, and recommend Hal to everyone I know. Ps. Just in few months, nearly $10k in my pocket and added value of getting rid of unused gear.

These people are liars and thieves. They sell items on Amazon with promises of free shipping, free returns, and a claim that their product specifically fits my vehicle. Well, the free shipping was the only part of the promised trio that materialized. Their product isn't universal and didn't fit my vehicle and now they have charged me for return shipping....after refusing to refund my money for three weeks and claiming they never received my return.

Done business here a few times with great results! The counter help and owner are nice and professional. The service offered is very useful for customers like me who don't want the hassle, time and stress of listing stuff for sale on eBay. Thank you for staying in the game!

Been doing business with iSold It Pasadena for many years. The owner is friendly, knowledgable, and very professional as a seller. I have sold hundreds of items with them. Excellent listings and great results!

They take a huge percentage of items sold for you not worth the charge to list with them and so you know they will sell your items for the 1st offer they get which could turn out to be really low balled. Better off doing it yourself.

Wasted my time driving over there today, only to find a post-it on the door saying they were "on a break" during their posted business hours. It's really not okay to disrespect your potential customers' time in that manner. I won't be back to try again.

I just took a big load of stuff over to iSoldit and Hal (the owner) agreed to list my stuff. He was straightforward about selling potential, pricing potential, etc. I really appreciated his setting of expectations and looking forward to seeing if he can sell my stuff. Also, he was fun to talk to. He's actually been open for over 20 years and his store is full of stuff he is selling, which helped me with my decision because I reasoned that you can't have a business open for 20 years without being a stand-up guy. I saw the negative reviews here and they did make me cautious. I did like that the negative reviews were responded to right away. I decided to take my stuff in anyway and see what he had to say. Glad to report he was very upfront about his fees, how much he would attempt to sell my items for, and how much I would realistically make if my items sold. And I didn't think his fees were unreasonable at all. They were within my expectation. One review did say "READ THE FINE PRINT". I would agree with this, you definitely want to read the contract before signing it (why wouldn't you?) and I was pleasantly surprised that the contract was nothing complicated - fairly straightforward and easy to understand. That all said, so far I'm happy with my experience just dropping the stuff off. Possible updates coming soon if/when my stuff starts selling!

I am really disappointed in this place. My best advice is PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT. It appears as though the owner is a people person but he is most interested in the almighty dollar. My best advice to those of you considering doing business with this establishment know what you are getting into before you sign on the dotted line. You will walk away having made virtually nothing and the owner will stick by his policy with conviction. He is not interested in retention, he is way more interested in making a few dollars

I purchased Ray-Ban Wayfarer polarized clip they have on eBay. The product was excellent and I get a lot of compliments from it. It was exactly what I need. Even my Optometrist was impressed. I lost one of the rubber tips and they sent me a replacement right away. These people are great and easy to deal with. Thank you for taking care of me and getting behind your product.
