The doctors are great (though often unavailable and late to appointments). The person managing phone calls for appointments is AWFUL. Will simply refer you to urgent care for anything other than an annual check up and abruptly hang up when they tell you they cannot help you

I highly recommend Huntington Plaza Pediatrics. The front staff is amazing and very caring . Dr.Khairllah very attentive and listens to your concerns in detail. I have autistic twins, and she’s very patient with them. I highly recommend her.

I am shocked that there are any good reviews here. As a parent of a current "patient," (I am currently looking for a new pediatrician), my experience has been terrible. Getting someone to answer a phone is nearly impossible. When someone does answer, they treat you as if you are bothering them. I have been hung up on and told more than once that there are no appointments available for my sick son (not in the next week, month or EVER) and that I just need to take him to urgent care. Urgent care has basically been his pediatrician for the last year and a half. These are front of office issues, but the care is not much better when I have been in contact with a doctor. I emailed them to get a developmental pediatrician referral and never heard back. I've left messages and never heard back. During my son's yearly and only appointment ever with Dr. K, she was 40 min late despite being "somewhere in Huntington." The after hours line is no better--I once called and was told to take my son to the ER or Urgent care without any discussion of his symptoms. If you don't want to give advice on patient issues after hours then don't have an after hours line. I should have known when I first called and signed my son up as a new patient that the care for patients is non-existent here. I was told that I shouldn't ever call unless it's important. What a message to send. Don't worry because they won't answer your call anyway. Shame on me, I guess for not seeing that first red flag. I never write reviews but I want to save any other parents from the hassle and wasting your and your insurance's money. Go anywhere else or you will be wringing your hands trying to get any care for your child, or just spending your time in urgent care.

We love dr Rivera he is the most thoughtful and he always takes plenty of time to answer any questions i may have. I always feel confident in their care of my son Nicholas, The staff is also wonderful

Everyone is very friendly and helpful at this clinic. From the front office to the providers, I have always felt like I had a good experience with my baby at his appointments. All of my questions are answered and I feel he is well taken care of. The only downside is you have to pay for parking

My daughters have been seeing Dr. Rivera and he is one the most through and thoughtful pediatricians we have ever met. He takes time to answer all of your questions and provides more detail to make you feel at ease. No question is too silly and he has a great way with kids from infant to 5 years old. I would highly recommend Dr. Rivera!

My kids have been seeing Dr. Aguilar for over 13 years now, he is so understanding and patient. There is no long waiting time, this doctor takes his time to make sure he answers all of your questions, unlike other doctors. This doctors office makes me and my kids feel comfortable.

We had chosen this practice due to the positive reviews, so I feel it's right to provide some balance by sharing our experience. The front office staff are not friendly. The pediatricians are busy and often running late, and don't provide personal attention. The communication between the providers and medical assistants has not been very good in our experience. Long wait times in the exam room, both before and after the visit, with lack of communication and confusion with what's happening with follow-up orders. Their electronic health systems must not be up to date, as they didn't have our kids' vaccination history or allergy info even though they've been seen several times. We'll be looking for a new practice for our children's medical care.

Front desk personal were pleasant and respectful. Our appointment was at 10:30 am and got called with in 10 min.My son had a physical and the nurse was nice.Doctor Fransico Rivera is an excellent human being.I really enjoy how he spoke to my 14 year old.I highly recommend this office.

My son went here for 21 years and my daughter has been going for 15 years now. All the staff is friendly and professional.
