Welcome to House Automotive in Pasadena. Now I know why this place is called House, because to me it feels like Home! Awesome communication, wonderful people with fair prices, quick and careful service. John and Andy are the two most likely you will see here in the front office and these gentleman know it all and will recommend only what is needed. The service techs are just as awesome and really absolutely know their stuff. These guys are car guys, and not here just for a job but they enjoy their work and it shows. I been here for my first PPI and regular services and I really like the personal experience you won't get that at dealership!! Thanks again guys and see you soon.

Throughout my driving career I've considered auto maintenance to be an essential support rivaling health care in its importance to good continuity and quality of life, especially here in the LA region where car trouble is immediately disruptive. For 10 years and about 140,000 miles I've relied on House Automotive to ensure that my use of an amazing piece of engineering -- my 2010 Cayman S -- keeps its race-car edge even while performing mundane tasks like getting me to work and back. The combination of truly personalized customer service, technical expertise and accountability is not going to be bettered anywhere which plainly is the goal set and attained by this business every day. Thank you House -- we are lucky to have you.

Exceptional service by John Luo! Came in on a Thursday morning to get 3 fault notifications addressed: tire pressure, oil/filter service, low oil. I opted to wait for the service since they have wifi so I could work remotely. I anticipated being there for probably 2+ hours but John got me in and out in just over an hour - amazing! I love coming here because House really makes you feel right at home. They are honest about pricing and have the best prices/customer service in town - much better than any dealership can offer. I was able to get everything I needed addressed today and I am very pleased with the experience once again. I honestly cant see myself going anywhere else for Porsche service. These guys here are awesome! 10/10 recommend!

Been bringing my cars to House for close to 5 years now (ranging from a 2011 911C4S to a 2018 Cayman and Macan) and am always very satisfied with the level of service and value. They know their Porsches and try their best to advise only what is absolutely necessary, while providing guidance on what you can maybe hold off on for a later date, as they are not here to gouge - rather to foster a long term partnership. They also love talking Porsches - Andy always indulges my banter and clearly has a passion for the marquee. They seem to be doing very well with this approach as I have no desire to go elsewhere and they have opened a 3rd LA location.

Just wanted to give Andy a quick shoutout. This guy knows his stuff, but even better than that, he knows how to take care of his customers. There's no shortage of Porsche shops in this town (or even on this street), but the customer service that Andy and the rest of the House team provides is top-notch.

Oil service on the Panamera at the dealer was ridiculous priced. So much that I wasn't sure if I would keep the car. Also dashed wanting another 911. Oil service light went on again and decided to check some of the highly rated Porsche shops in Pasadena. Jeff got back to me pretty quickly through email and scheduled me in. For comparison another shop I was familiar with took 4 days to return my call.First of all their pricing makes the Porsche experience very comfy and not something to dread. In person Jeff was very professional yet chill. I also got a free Uber back home and a complimentary car wash, which matches what the local dealer does. Local dealer being almost 6x what House charges for same basic service, will come back again and recommend anyone to check them out.

Update: the owner of house automotive Greg was very apologetic for my negative experience and offered to make up for it. He reached out to me personally and sounded super genuine in making sure he accommodated for my needs and expectations. In the end, positive experience, thank you for taking care of me and also big props for having Coke Zero in the mini fridge

GET THIS GUY A PROMOTION!!-------------------------------Do you know what the most important asset to a company is? It is not just the equipment, it is not just the technical skills. It's the people. Especially when you're constantly dealing with ... other people. The saying is very true - it doesn't matter so much what you say or do, but how you make people feel. And Andy Reyes fires on all cylinders (and more!)In the span of 1 hour (fortunately, a tire false alarm), I saw Andy- efficiently address my issue and then another minor one that just cropped up this morning - coach his associate on the importance of callback and closed loop communication - develop meaningful relationships with three clients (myself included)- educate one client on not only the right part, but even the right gas station for Porsches (that's true abundance mindset!!)- speak passionately about his vision for growthAndy was a masterful conductor who somehow tirelessly did all this, and had the right attitude throughout. Plus these guys are top notch, they are experts when dealing with anything Porsche related. But again, the single most important thing in this hyper competitive auto repair environment is the excellent customer experience. And Andy is a rockstar in this department. As another saying goes, if someone is happy, they will tell 4 people. But if someone is angry, they will tell 10 people. Here's to continued success, not just to House, but also to Andy!

I have been taking my Porsche 911 to House Automotive for more than four years now, and the House team continues to exceed my expectations. Thanks to Greg and the House team, when it comes to servicing and repairing my 911, they are the best. I will not trust another service center or dealership with my car.From the time House Auto picks up my 911 at my home for service, I am confident that it will be properly serviced and returned in excellent condition. The House team gives me PEACE OF MIND, because they take the time to do it right!As far as pricing, you won’t find a more competitive price for the service quality and workmanship. Remember it is a Porsche, a premier and proven brand that represents Precision and Performance. I don’t expect it to be cheap, only reasonable and competitive.
