These people are con artists and insurance scammers. I had my car worked on by them and they quoted me for a replacement aftermarket front bumper, with the total cost supposedly over $4690. They had my car sitting in their lot for over a month, to the point where the battery died. I called every week and every time the answer they gave me was "give me some more time." Finally, when I went to pick the car up, I saw that had done a hack job of "repairing" the front bumper, with cracks in the fiberglass. I told them I wasn't happy with the work at all and they waived my $1000 deductible for me as a consolation. A few weeks later, I realized they never replaced the front bumper with an aftermarket one as they claimed and indicated in their approved estimate, instead, they just repainted my old bumper and replaced the missing bolts with crappy random bolts from home depot. The way I know it's the same bumper is that it used to have 3 little spots where the clear coat had bubbled. Now, when you pay close attention, you can see three small bumps where the bubbles used to be. They did a horrible job of reassembling the front bumper and it's still totally misaligned to this day.
They essentially treated me like I'm dumb and stole from me while making me wait over a month for a 1 day job, which they did absolutely abismally.
In an industry overfilled with unethical thieves, I've never encountered a business that is more blatantly unethical than this place.

Superior service lives here
So I met Onik and I gotta say he looked at my damaged door and invited me in to go over the estimate. He’s a throwback to a time where people gave a damn and cared about the person, the problem and finding a solution.
I dropped off my car a day late and would you believe,
the parts had already been delivered.
The car was finished promptly it looks showroom perfect, everything inside and out.
It’s almost like a throwback of service and doing the job right. The communication was great cant ask for anything more.
Its been a pleasure doing business here.

I have been getting car taken care of there for over 20 years. Igor is fantastic and his staff knows what they're doing. I was sent to his business by my insurance company when he was still in Burbank. I got lucky. I have brought every car I've owned to his body shop as I know it will be taken care of in a professional way. I won't have to worry about shoddy work or having to go back in a day or two because something wasn't done right. I highly recommend taking your vehicles there for body work. My only regret is that I didn't write a review for this fine business sooner.

I was in an accident, needed an assessment and this was the only place open near me. The owner, Onik, was there alone on his weekend. Volunteering his free time to help people like me. He had been doing this 18 years he said. He is very kind and light-hearted elderly gentleman. And his passion for his business is something to admire.

Good service, great guys in office the little I dealt with them. Just that my company truck have a Passenger rear door interior panel removed when it went in for a Rear ended driver side collision. Just thought it was strange.
