I was recommended to Nick by the mechanic I normally take my car to since I had a transmission issue. Nick went above and beyond to help me out. He was efficient and very informative. He's great at communicating and answered all calls. He even reached out via text to keep me up to date on my car. Car issues can be frustrating, especially when you have to leave your car for a few days, but Nick made sure I was taken care of while he worked on my car. I was blown away by the service I received and would recommend Nick to my family and friends as I was treated as a friend by him. THANK YOU, NICK!

Nick was awesome. We were visiting from the Bay Area and had some transmission troubles. On a long weekend, he was able to get the repair done quick and efficiently. After the repairs were done, he gave me his direct cell # and said to call him if we had any more issues. I was thoroughly impressed as you just don’t find this kind of service any more. Nick is a king. I had unexpectedly left town for months and it showed in my car (dirty, dirty car and engine bay, dead battery, etc.). Before I left town, the car had thrown a couple of transmission codes and the check engine and AT lights had come on. Once I returned, I towed the car to Nick's shop and he replaced the battery, diagnosed the issues, and most importantly, understood that I needed to get it into shape to pass smog and sell the car immediately, without exceeding the value of the car in parts/labor. In short, he spent a lot of time with my vehicle but only did the work it needed (without upselling me) to pass smog/resolve the issue causing the check engine light so that I could renew my registration and sell the car. He also helped me get it into much better physical shape for selling. He did it all with extremely fair pricing, photos and videos updating me along the way, and good communication. Very grateful to Nick.

Brought in my 2011 BMW 335i after the transmission was slowly going out and the car became not drivable. Nick took care of the problem, showed me what was wrong and rebuilt the transmission and had it done within a week. After getting the car back, it ran very smooth, even better than when I first got the car, and I enjoyed being behind the wheel again.

Took my 2005 Infiniti G35 in to see what was going on with the transmission. I know nothing about transmissions. Nick described the problem in simple terms, gave me some options, and rebuilt the transmission for me. He sent me pictures of the entire process, and made me comfortable with the entire process. It's daunting for a sceptic like me to trust someone with a major repair like this, and having someone like Nick walk me through it is so important. I test drove it, and I gotta say, it is fantastic! I do not leave a lot of reviews, but my service was so terrible, that I feel obligated too. I took my Eurovan there to get the steering column reattached t the subframe. I was quoted $2900, and told them that I was just getting my car ready to sell it and I only need the steering fixed. He kept calling me with things that needed to be done. I said yes to some and no to others. Everytime I asked how much will this cost, I don't want to put more the $4000- 5000 into this car since I am selling it. Up to the very day that I picked it up Nick assured me that it was under $4000, not near $5000. Picked it up $5445. What! Not what I was expecting. I had no choice because he took so very long with my car that I was going on a road trip that same morning. He had my car for over a month and a half. I was told it was done, but I was leaving town for a week, so I could not pick it up the next day. I come back from vacation, call to get my car....it is not finished. I asked what happened between the day I left when I was supposed to be able to pick it up and now a week later. He had no real answer, just told me I have one more thing to do. That took 5 more days. I had a bad feeling about Nick from the start, he kept saying "Trust me" with almost every sentence, which to me seems like I should not trust you. Well, I should not have, because 30 minutes after we drove away the car started making a awful noise, I have tried to contact Nick to talk about it and he will not return my texts or calls. Do not go here, do not trust Nick.

Had a transmission leak which had caused some excess wear; there were metal particles in the fluid... yikes. The guys quickly diagnosed the problem, dismantled the box, and carefully cleaned, replaced faulty parts, and reassembled. Nick is clearly an expert, and his team does careful, quality work. This was nearly 2 years ago and the car is still running great, no transmission issues whatsoever.
