Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental location. Seemed to go out of their way to make sure they couldn’t do anything to help and never ended up getting a car. Will never rent from hertz again after interacting with this location.

“Stan” here is being RUDE and Unhelpful. He’s being rude even after we made a reservation online, got my card over the phone earlier today, and when we arrive here, hot, tired… This Person says “we don’t have any cars available” and seems that doesn’t care we have a reservation here. He just doesn’t seem to help, just told me to go to another location see if they can help.. What’s the point of a reservation? I should’ve been told this beforehand so I could’ve went with another company and not have to be away from home without a ride….. Can Management or corporate reach out please?

Don’t waste your time receiving online Reserved online, received confirmation number. Upon arrival the worker said said they didn’t have cars available!?? Mmm what is the purpose of online reservations ?
Forward to a month later..looking through my bank statement and noticed I have a $35 Hertz reservation fee for the reservation WTH! Seriously Hertz do better. Also send my money back. Thanks

They are scammers. Do your best to avoid this location. I pre paid 400 dollars and didn't end up using the vehicle. This location couldn't process a refund (which I understand) got on hold with the main office for about 40 min. Only to find out the manager of the location DOES have the ability to issue refunds. Dude jerked me around for 40 min all bc he didn't want to issue me a refund. While I was waiting I overheard employees talking about how they defraud the main company by some car swap method they are using with the airport. SHADY PPL WORK HERE

I’ve booked a car rental directly from Hertz website for 9:30 AM on Saturday, 6 July. Is your office open that day? Asking since, reservation email, I recieved says your office is closed on Saturday and Sunday but during reservation process it says you’re open on 6 July from 9 AM to 12 PM. Can you pls confirm? Thanks

This review is for Mr. Sharkee & Art and the rest of the staff but in particular for Mr . Sharkee this team this time around . I have came here very attentive! Please be patient with them they can get busy but does. Not mean they won’t get to you ! I’ve had nothing but good experiences with these gentleman they try there best to get you in a vechile your comfy in for your road trip or ocassion can’t make promises but they try . They also have empathy in situations you might’ve gone and try to accommodate. Definitely better than other boujee car rental places I’ve gone through thanks ? guys ?

Worst customer service in entire car rental I dusty. Had 5 + reantal， and to my surprise they never once made me happy with a smile or good attitude. They always have that "man, another dude renting a car? I wanna clock out" attitude. Never once repected my hertz relationship + status. Worst Hertz in town
