A metal chain found in my drink! I'm so glad I did not ingest it. Be careful of your drinks.

I hate to come in with a bad review for one of my absolute favorite boba chains, but the service was so rude that I couldn't see past it. I've been a loyal H&H stan since 2013 and have gone to this particular location for about 7/11 of those years. The tea is consistently great and the sweet, chewy boba is always of quality. The service is usually also pretty friendly, too, which made this experience that much more unsettling. I came in to a mostly empty store on a Sunday afternoon with my best friend and her fiance who were visiting. We were all excited since it had been roughly a decade since their last H&H trip, but when our number was called that excitement disappeared. Typically, once an order is called out the person who prepared it will repeat the specifics to the customers to make sure everything is correct. We got our drinks, but were left wondering which was whose and if the order was even ours since the server left before we could even ask. My friend and her fiance had their drinks customized correctly while mine was missing boba and ice (I got 75% ice, but was given 0%), which wasn't a big deal and very easily fixable. We patiently waited for the server to return and when we told her what was missing, her first response was that it was because we didn't order any boba (completely disregarding the ice and that my order was different than the other two which actually asked for no ice). We clarified that my friends didn't, but that I did, but she just repeated that it wasn't in the order. After more back and forth, she finally acknowledged that my drink needed ice and offered (which is actually just her job tbh) to make it correctly. She asked if I wanted boba, to which I obviously said yes, but THEN she hit us with the "if you want boba, that'll be $0.63 and you'll need to go to the cashier and add that to your order." At this point, we were too stunned to speak. And it wasn't just her lack of customer service, but the PETTY way she really said "$0.63" with her whole chest like it warranted an entirely new order. The whole interaction was extremely passive aggressive for absolutely no reason. I asked to see the receipt bc my friends and I were all saying I did, in fact, order boba and the way she shoved the receipt into my face was SO filled with attitude. I could've told her off more, but I didn't want to make a scene, especially since my friend treated us. Lowkey wish I did though bc when I finally got my correct order I was (once again) asked if I wanted to add the boba for "$0.63" and when I said "no, I don't want to be charged $0.63 for boba" the pettiness came back in FULL FORCE as she said "Well, you can speak to my manager." I truly, TRULY did not want write this about one of my fav places, but I also won't tolerate this rudeness and disrespect. Yes, food industry workers deserve patience and kindness, but customers deserve just as much. I love H&H, but that level of ENTITLEMENT was something else. Sorry, but I won't be going back.

Super friendly service, awesome interior! They also sell things like pins, reusable straws, and snacks. Got the mango slush and it was amazing. Just beware that a large is REALLY large lol. Took a picture of the seating they have so I could do the same with cinderblocks I have at home. Chill vibes all around.

The boba was very good! Make sure to pay with cash, since there is a fee for paying with card.

Not a boba fan but I love a good passion fruit tea drink. Ordered 2 drinks: passion fruit tea with aloe jelly with 25% sweetened and iced milk with boba. Got our drinks in 5 minutes. I can only speak on the passion fruit, but it was refreshing and lightly floral and sweet and there was a generous amount of aloe jelly added.

This is in a side building of a shopping center largely devoted to a Trader Joe's. It's a big parking lot for a TJ's but it's still a TJ's parking lot so it can be crazy. The major distinguishing feature is that the Boba drinks are bigger than average. They also have snacks, I had some dumplings which were not great. The shop has a weird vibe, like maybe it was a teriyaki type place and then switched over to Boba.Parking: Trader Joe's lot.Kid-friendliness: I guess so?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Drink tastes ok, but the size is huge! Service is good and place is clean. However, the store is quite small, so suitable for take-out.

Tried Half and Half Tea Express for the first time today. Some oddly specific rules posted on the walls as you enter here like no old version cash money but it was a decent place to stop by. There is a card fee if you use debit or credit so I guess come here if you have new cash? The parking lot was a bit of a mad house.

It is summer and they offer free upgrade! I like there drinks and specially the cups that they use (big!). It is my all time favorite boba tea place. Half and half has another branch close to my home however it is a little tight and small by Baldwin street in Arcadia.

No comparison with their drinks, they are second to none! Definitely the best place to get Boba and they occasionally offer free upgrades to their drinks!

Their hours changed a bit from the last time, so when we arrived, it was literally one minute till closing. We felt bad, but they let us in and made our drinks. The staff were all very friendly and crafted our drinks perfectly. The location is a little rough cause the lot itself is structured in a weird way. Overall, it has continued to be our go-to whenever we're in town.
