Toilets: Average park restrooms.
Dog-friendliness: I see a lot of dog walkers in the area so I assume it is a good place for dogs.
Picnic area: Table and benches in certain areas.

Wonderful native plant nursery in a beautiful setting. It features full-grown examples of plants that are available in small pots, so you can imagine what they'll look like in your space after a few years.
