Hayk is responsive, thorough and very personable.I called him to inquire about a vacant lot, he answered on the first try. We talked about the property with much detail. Thereafter I had no trouble reaching him and answering more questions until we closed the deal. We just purchased our first home in Pasadena and Hayk was absolutely the best agent we could have asked for. He really got to know our family, what we value and what we were willing to compromise on. We were in competition with several other offers and Hayk went the extra mile on several occasions to make sure our offer rose to the top. We also had several unexpected hiccups during the process (on seller's end--not ours) and Hayk saved the day every single time. He is very calm and kind, but he's also effective in pushing back and standing up for his clients' needs. We absolutely trusted him to give us honest feedback and opinions, and we felt like we could ask him any tiny question that popped into our heads. We never felt like he was just there to close the deal; we could tell that first and foremost, he wanted us to be happy. Buying a home can be a stressful, expensive, and emotional process, but Hayk's calm and knowledgeable presence make the experience so much more enjoyable!

Hayk is singular, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.He knows Pasadena inside and out, and he understood what I was looking for. Never did I receive auto generated listings in my inbox but instead, cherry picked homes. Hayk truly listened to and understood my feedback, and tuned future selections accordingly. It didn’t take long before he found the perfect home for me which we closed on this past week.My experience with Hyak was a walk in the park, a sign of working with a true professional who makes things look effortless.He isn’t sales-y or pushy.
