Sylivia and her husband (Birkenstock/shoe repair next door) offer the friendly service this neighborhood needs. Great tailoring and quick turnaround time. I initially brought my clothes to another VERY expensive tailor in town and so happy I walked by Green St Cleaners- I’ll be a lifetime client. Sylvia gives me her opinion and tells me what can, can not, or should be done and I appreciate that. She was even able to mend a vintage sheepskin fur coat for me. Additionally I’ve brought a 7yr old pair of Birkenstocks to her husband next door and he did a fantastic job resoling them. Cherry on top of it all- Sylvia always offers my dog a TON of treats when I tote him along.Services: Alterations

I have been coming to Green Street cleaners for over 15 years so this review is way overdue. The owners of green street cleaners are not just business owners that I know but they’re my friends. They really take good care of your clothes. Very informative of what they can and cannot do and they take pride in their work. I recommend green street cleaners highly. Silva the owner works hard and she is always on her feet every time I come to get my shirts laundered and pressed. The actual work is done by the way off site. I had no problems with the results and the shirts look great and hanged properly to avoid wrinkles. The price is right and competitive! It is a small business and I like to support hard working and honest people who are friendly and smiling when interacting with customers: Five stars and will return for sure!

Remarkably incompetent in cleaning and pressing linen clothing. Linen shirts & pants came back with no professional finish that I could not have accomplished at home. Hidden fees charged upon completion (15 % extra) because "it is linen". very sloven in the finishing touches..... only top button was buttoned on shirts and with the way they were packed they were returned wrinkled on the collars.

Fast turn around for tailoring, friendly service! I needed some very last minute tailoring, and was told they would do their best. The tailoring was high quality, and I’ll definitely use them again.

Took my handmade and very expensive shoes in for repair. They totally ruined them, forced me to pay, became increasingly defensive, kept interrupting and did not even seem to mind. Usually love this kind of small, old, privately owned shop. But not this one, it turns out. First visit will have been my last visit ever. Too bad.

This shoe shop repair Milano is the best one in California...I've been coming here for almost 8 years and I'm always surprised by the quality of the work they do..Arthur and company are the best cobblers in this business! Reasonable prices,very good service.Thank you guys.

Mediocre experience. Had laundry and fluff and fold that I needed done. Also had a shirt with a rip on the sleeve. They offered to fix the sleeve for free which was nice, but never made a note of that or communicated it with the rest of their staff. As such, I made three separate trips to pick it up before it was ready. Also a bit concerned as their fluff and fold services shrunk some of my clothes. Lastly, hours were shortened due to COVID I presume, and there was no mention of it online. I mentioned yelp and didn't get the 10% off others have received. So yeah. Mediocre.

This is an old fashioned Shoe Shop the way they used to be back in the day. they do everythingthey're just wonderful with shoes. they probably make a minimum profit as hard as they work to do everything in a professional manner. great attitude. great service. good prices. can't say enough about the only place I know in the Pasadena to downtown area that still does it the old fashioned way... great shoe repair and service.

I've been coming to Green St Cleaners for about a year now, referred by a coworker who has been going to this cleaners for 6 years now. Its been by far the BEST cleaners I've been too. They are very reliable & definitely professional, my clothes is very expensive & they know exactly how to take care of my garments, reasonable prices & same day service with no extra charge! (Love that) I recommend this Place 100%!
