I recently bought my first replacement cartridges from these guys. They were great; courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure I had what I wanted. I've seen negative reviews for their service but I find them hard to believe. If the accounts are true they must be rare examples.

I have been using this company for all of my toner cartridge needs for about 5 years now. I think I’ve only purchased 4 cartridges from them, because they last! Customer service has been great. If I have issues he is fast to reply. This a a small company, I think only one person, since he’s always the one who emails back or answers the phone. So for the reviews who complain he doesn’t answer the phone, he’s probably already on the phone. I don’t have an issue with this. He is very quick to reply and customer service is fabulous!! When I have issues, he fixes them on the phone. I will be going back…in a year or two. :-)

Company sales phone # is an auto-screening service that sends you to voicemail. No one answers. Can you imagine if there's an issue?

I ordered the cartridge for my HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 on December 2020. I paid $67. This ink has lasted for over 6 months. I print about 50-100 pages per month. The Color of the Ink is Not 100% Not Vivid like the HP ink. about 90% in color match compare to HP Ink. However, they have lasted for me over 6 months. I will buy them again. Thank you for selling great products. Hopefully your company can Improve on the Ink Color.

Ray was absolutely fantastic to deal with on the phone and by email. Not only was he able to get me a great Brother All In One MFC-L6900DW in a day but also at a great price. He beat out everyone. I was able to pick it up the day after I ordered it. This was a brand new in the box unit build was 2020 per the serial number Brother has on the back of the actual printer. They are a Certified Brother Dealer. The other amazing thing about shopping with GCT is their reward program. I've earned $$ credit just for shopping with them. I have also purchased a 2nd Tray for my printer and again it arrived quickly. They offer free shipping. Can't say enough about this store. What a find!

Ordered 2 ink cartridges on March 6th. It is now March 17th. Tracking continues to show them sitting in Pasadena, Ca awaiting acceptance. I notified them about this. 5 days ago I got an email saying that they would send a replacement. Still no replacement or email from them. I have contacted PayPal to complain about it....so they are now involved.I would avoid ordering anything from them if possible!

I ordered 2 ink cartridges 11 days ago. I still have not received them. About a week ago they said they would send out a replacement. Still haven't received the replacement and they are ignoring my emails. So I filed a complaint with PayPal. I would avoid doing business with this company!

For several years they led me to believe that they were giving me a great deal on toner and ink cartridges, I even saved the used cartridges and shipped them back to them so they could make money on them. Then one day I looked up a invoice then went on Office Depot only to find they were charging me more than I would have paid if I bought from Office Depot! This is not a honest supplier and I dropped my account and never looked back. So just beware of slimy sales people! They lost my business and I have told all my other office personnel to beware!
