They’re closed at 6:00pm. And not at 9, as it says here. And they don't even allow you to leave things near the door. I came in vain.

Went to store today and very friendly lady with tattoos called for help a few people waiting in line so cashier moved my items to other register. Finally lady with black hair and long sleeve shirt came . I had glassware and the lady who attended me WAS VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. FELT LIKE SHE WAS UPSET TO HAVE TO COME HELP. I was left putting my own purchase in bags as she used another register to help someone else. Very disappointed ☹️

Rude rude rude and messy. I shopped and made a exchange and the m.o.d on duty ( forgot her name..but she is chubby with glasses n long stringy greasy hair) was crazy rude and did not exchange my items.. she said go back to wherever you got them at .I said excuse me, why would I need to do that. She said I don't know because the tags aren't properly attached. I can't fix that. I then said that's crazy, I'm a former manager for goodwill Southern California and her mouth dropped when I said I know policy, and I know my items are as is from when I bought them. Ignorant broad. Store gets a two star, many employees pretending they are working but just walking back and forth. It was a mess hangers everywhere luggage n toys scatter. Dirty clothes hanging on four ways. No no get it together Pasadena goodwill. And I even took the Metrolink to visit your location. Waist of time and money completely...

Clerks are always so nice in thrift stores. Good overall selection. And can't beat the value. So worth the stop! Was shopping for plates and silverware for our hotel Super Bowl party of 3. Also got some first edition books as a bonus for super cheap!

Customer's expect for goodwill not to keep up with inflation. It's like bro, u can't expect for the prices to be the same a decade ago... Goodwill is a business just as any other. The employees are chill, good vibe and the manager Maria is very professional and pretty.

I came to this goodwill looking to make my cat a standing food dish. I found the bottom portion but didn't find the top portion which is fine there are plenty of better goodwills that are around here because I won't be coming back to this one. After I found a few things I was ready to check out and walked to the register stood there for about a good 5 minutes waiting for a team member to check me out. There were two workers on the floor, where they were working they had like of sight to see me at the register, I even looked at one of the girls working and she had seen me standing there, she was putting away clothes, she kept turning around as if she didn't see me and kept doing her task, she even went down an aisle that she could see me even closer in. The other associate was putting away clothes and even walked by the registers ignoring me not wanting to help me out!! Finally a manager had to walked by them and point out that there was someone at the register which they looked totally oblivious when she told them. The girl decided to help me and her excuse was she was concentrated doing her work!! Like what!!!

Prices keep going up and inventory keeps going down. I pop in occasionally since this location is very close to two other thrift stores, and it’s always a dud. The book selection is decent but $5-8 for thrift store books is ridiculous.

Dropped off a donation, and the employee opened the door for me.

I love shopping at thrift stores. But I didn't really find anything at all whether clothing, house wares. I was looking for a coffee mug and saw a very colorful one by artist baggioarlon. There were 6 of them, brand new. It was $14, which for a coffee mug was way too much I wanted to buy for a mug at a thrift store. someone had peeled the goodwill label and the mug the original price was $12. Ok I understand that something can be new but pricing it for more than it would normally sell for is not right for a thrift store. When I got of the store I felt itchy. The one thing I can say is a very sweet employee helped my mother with her purchases.

Stopped here yesterday to check for sofas. They didn’t have much furniture. They had a security guard (unlike in FL) and the place seemed clean and organized with two fitting rooms for trying on clothes on each side. No employees were around to answer questions though; they were busy with check out.

I stopped by here to do an exchange, and the manager with the neon pink hair couldn't have been more rude! The whole time (He,She,They) was on their cell phone, literally texting while I was asking questions, had no badge on, and acted as if assisting the customers in line was a complete bother. Not to mention the store was a mess. Highly Do Not recommend shopping at this location. Would have put zero stars if I could! 11/7/23 4:30ish pm

Went to donate some clothing and shoes, etc. Drop-off place was unsanitary and worker was extremely unfriendly. I felt like I wasn't welcome. I will tey the Salvation Army next time.
