Dropped the car in the morning after calling because check engine light on. Had the car all day without fixing. Called me at 4:00 to pick it up. Got there 4:20 and door locked, everyone gone. Business hours are until 5:00 and they knew I was coming. No call, no text, and now I have no car through the weekend. Totally b.s, no service, no integrity.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Left my car this morning due to check engine light. Didn't get to it all day, called at 4:00 to come pick up, at 4:20 gate locked, I'm stuck no car, no answer to phone. Bs!!!!!

My car broke down on the way to work. Luckily, Premium Mechanics is located just down the road from my work. They were able to squeeze me in that morning. Their prices are fair and their work is good. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Pasadena area.

This is by far the best place to bring your car for literally anything. I have the absolute worst luck with cars but no matter what happens to it, I can always rely on these guys to fix it. They don't do sloppy work and have always paid attention to detail when addressing my problems. They're quick, reliable and very affordable. Five star customer service. They really go above and beyond for you. I'll never go to another shop again.

1st time customer of Premium Mechanics but spent decades with Gary's Auto Repair (the previous owner) -- for the first time in my life I misjudged my stopping distance and hit someone from behind. Took my whole front end of! I literally had the car towed to Premium Mechanics on Super Bowl Sunday, put the key in the compartment between the seats and went home. I called the next day, and asked "do you see that trashed Toyota outside" ? ...Anyway, Premium Mechanics just took it from there. What I thought was going to be completely unaffordable and extremely stressful, was actually the opposite and very reasonable. Not only do auto repair, but body and paint too. I need everything for the front end, the hood, the radiator, the AC etc. There even working with me on the couple hundred bucks that I still owe. I was one who was very to see Gary and D go - but if they had to go, I am glad it was replaced with Premium Mechanics. My first trip there was a big one, and they did not disappoint. I really wish I would have taken a "before and after " picture!

This place is great. Highly recommend. When Gary retired and sold this business to Chris my husband and I weren't sure what to expect but the service is honest and exceptional. We get all our car needs done here and appreciate the fact that they're always honest and always go above and beyond. We recommend this business whenever anyone we know asks about a mechanic.

I came in for an oil change on my 16' Camry, and it was serviced by John. He was very friendly, even going as far as to offer me some coffee. The oil change was extremely fast as well. I would highly recommend Premium Mechanics if you're looking to get some auto work done.

Seemed like a nice place. Be aware they use cheapie oil filters like the ones you see from Jiffy Lube.

Once again, Chris was quick and accurate in his diagnosis. Spotted a major noise in my older but beloved Rav 4. He fixed the problem within one day. He is the only mechanic I use.
