I came in for our will-call pick up order, and Ro gave an excellent quick pick up order receipt for me to sign and for the guys outside for loading Always a great service at Ganahl Lumber. They have excellent team and the forklift guys are amazing drivers and great loading up. It's entertaining just watching them. Thank you Ganahl team!!

Ganahl's @ Pasadena, though there are competitors available to me, I chose Ganahl's. Jose Soto/salesperson, is a great asset to the sales team. His availability and responsiveness to all my inquiries were that of a true professional. His incredible knowledge of product made the process of ordering fast and efficient. Jose's level of service was the reason that I didn't chose to order from their competitors. Ganahl's is lucky to have a salesperson of his caliber.

I recently finished an extensive remodel which included replacing every single interior and exterior door and window. Cori Cash was amazing...knowledgeable on the products, communicative with the timelines, responsive to email questions and a problem solver when WE made changes. I would absolutely use Ganahl again and when I walked through the door I would go right to Cori's desk to see if she was available...and if she wasn't I would wait until she was.

If you are looking for help with a specific project you simply cannot TOP these guys! Once again I had the pleasure of getting assisted with hard to find pieces for my 100-year old home. Anthony G and Miranda A are the best! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Ganahl an 11 !!!

As a contractor I trust Ganahl with a majority of my lumber and material needs. Deliveries are always on time, but I also pickup orders at the Pasadena yard often. The experience is always smooth and we’re able to get in and out with everything we need in about 20-30 minutes. Zac Cruz, one of the will call/receiving manager, is our go to guy there. He’s made it his personal responsibility to have our orders correct. We couldn’t be happier knowing Zac’s in our corner!

Love my new front doors & love the service from Ganahl salesperson Corey Cash. I was undecided what would work for my odd sized entry but Corey was patient & guided me to a decision I was happy with. Everything was good until one & then the second electronic door lock failed in installation. Believe me that's when you need Corey. She could have just made the sale & left me to fight out the problem but she believes no sale is final until the customer is satisfied. She got me a full refund of the 1st lock (in all its disassembled pieces) & worked with the sales rep of the 2nd lock to get the missing accessory. I'm enjoying my new entry & I thank Corey Cash for staying with me to th end!

I am so impressed by the service here. I was recommended by Home Depot to come here for a breaker and the woman (sorry I forgot her name) was so kind and helpful, even though it was almost closing time. She took the time and researched which breaker would fit my old one and gave me a lot of tips on how to find the breaker. She then helped me find the correct filter for my AC. Super store, not just for lumber too!

Service was awkward, Miranda didn't want to service us. Anthony helped out. I finally got to purchase a post through Anthony.When I brought it home, I noticed sap leaking from all sides.I called back and Miranda answered.She says this is normal so I guess I'm SOL trying to dry out the post myself.Pro tip: You can select wood yourself so you don't run into this issue. Just go out to the yard and tell them the specific piece you want to purchase.
