I dropped by this shop without notice because my AC gave out on one of the hottest days of the year. It was blowiing hot air and I was desperate. I took a risk not knowing anything about the shop because it was the closest to the car rental place. Anyhow, I was greeted by Brett. He was so attentive and professional. I could tell instantly that he knew his stuff and I liked that he was straightforward on expectation. Anyhow, he said he'd keep me posted on the diagnostic. He got back to me quickly and I agreed to get the repair done, even though the cost was much higher than I would have liked. What's new? Regardless, my AC was fixed quickly, so they saved me money by cutting my rental short 2 days. Brett even gave me a first time customer discount. I appreciated that very much. I would definitely recommend F&P to family and friends.

I cannot express in words how grateful I am to have such a spectacular establishment in my own neighborhood! I have searched low and high for a trustworthy reliable mechanic for years and I am grateful to have found them at Fremont and Purdon.
Brett is the service liaison and he has superior customer service skill to make you feel at ease with whatever repair you need. I had quite the dilemma with my car over the past few weeks, but it is running better now than it has in years. They even rent cars right on the lot for less than Enterprise which makes the experience even more convenient. Shout out to Steve for helping me with the rentals on the fly. The mechanics themselves are top notch and get the job done fast! Our cat got stuck in up the car and we panicked not knowing what to do. I drove to the shop and even though they just closed they managed to help safely get our cat out of the car. These guys are phenomenal on the real!

Great service as always. No pressure selling but rather good estimates for work to be done later.
Been going there for years and never had a bad experience. Very good customer service from guys who know what they are doing.

I have had a great experience working with Fremont and Purdon. I purchased my car here at a good deal and they were very kind when I brought my car in for a tune up. Good people.

Had my car towed here after an accident simply because it was the closest auto shop to my house. Happy to say Steve and his team have become my go-to mechanics. Great people who do great work with an even better turnaround time. If you need work done Fremont and Purdon is definitely the place.
