They are not a professional job, missing belt clip inside seat, truck eas not a fixed one side are loose screw, they damaged inside of door rubber coution, I don't know they had 4 9% rating?

Usually buying a car is a traumatizing experience but not this case. Rubi and Steve was wonderful. Negotiations was quick and painless and the car was beautiful. I definitely recommend buying a car from them. I'm a happy customer.

In January 2023 I didn't know what I was getting into when I purchased a 1977 Chevy van off eBay. Turns out there's a lot of mechanics unwilling and or unable to work on an old van that needs a lot of love. I had two instances where I had my van in this shop. The first was to get it going which they did, and then once I got things going and could drive it around a bit, I learned that the previous owner took off all the smog stuff and that this stuff was hard to find. After months of searching and talking around I got most of what I needed. Heres where Brett and Sean were amazing. They helped me cross the finish line by recreating the smog system to stock standards. They helped me remove and replace the old exhaust manifolds and stuck in smog things. They were patient with me and were able to get the van to pass smog. What I like about working with this shop is that Brett is nicely communicative and honest. Sean was diligent in getting my smog system rebuilt. When it comes to what I was looking to do with the van, this was a wonderful place to go as they got my van up and running. When I went to smog the van for the state, the smog guy said that the person who reinstalled my smog system did an excellent job!! Thank you guys for working on my van and getting it up and going!!!

I have been on the market looking for a reliable commuter vehicle. And came across a fairly priced deal. The salesman Erick is very professional and very helpful with all of my needs. He wasn't pushy by any means, and very knowledgable. I would recommend this business to anybody, for any car purchasing needs. Great people!

I purchased a 2002 Toyota Camry. Erick responded quickly to my inquiries and scheduled an appointment. Erick was friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed that the seat was stuck, and they repaired it at no additional cost.

No accountability, Paul (low level tech) is an incompetent employee and Steve is an incompetent businessman if you want mansplaining, getting ripped off, and accusatory insults then go here! Story as follows: No stars if I could, please avoid this place at all costs!! Im an experienced manual driver (over 10 + years) and I never had an issue with mishandling my clutch. I drive manual because the smoothness and the experience of it makes driving much more enjoyable, so I intentionally drive stick shift. So I buy a Honda Fit last year manual, it already had almost 100,000 miles on it and then the clutch blew out. It's never happened to me before and even Brett was like "really? That's impressive" because it's something that normally happens. So I take it in and they es gave me a rather large invoice. I got a better deal from my usual go to mechanic. So as I was getting ready to get it towed out of there Brett convinced me to leave it and fix it cuz they matched the price. So they fixed it and I drove off and it was ok. I did notice the car drove differently and there was some leakage. I took it back and they basically mansplained to me that the AC does that. Mind you, it was so much liquid!! These guys had an excuse for everything!! Nothing is ever their fault. Because they are cheap. Just a few months later I start having trouble with my car again. I have since moved away from Pasadena but I had it tow it to them because of the clutch parts warranty. It was no surprise that they said it's my fault, that either someone was using it as a race car or someone new was learning on it, all this accusatory things from Paul. He even said when I first brought it in that I claimed that I didn't know what a clutch was??? Wtf!!! Of course I know what it is, and why would you bring this up if you want me to get my car fixed there! It pissed me off so much. Without Brett they basically will lose all business. Brett, you deserve better than this!! So they were trying to charge me another grand for the clutch part saying it's a good deal, such BS. Clutches don't go out that quick. Even a below average driver takes years to blow through the clutch. Steve the owner even secretary bet odds about me to me when he said to another colleague: "I bet the way that girl is driving she'll be back in a few months" what kind of professional says that? Much less to the customer?? He told me this out of spite.. I was dreading getting it towed to them because I knew they were gonna screw me over. They can send photos and post photos all they want but all of that is irrelevant because if it was installed incorrectly, of course there will be damages. The damages originated with them. I'm in so much shock with how much attitude I've received from them, they really need to re-train everyone, Steve needs a masterclass on how to talk to customers, I predict this place won't be around for long, I got screwed over once, not gonna let it happen again!! Please please ignore any response back and take your business elsewhere! This is not professionalism. If you do happen to find yourself here, please compare prices because I guarantee you that this place will overcharge you buy a lot!! Head to speedy transmission in Van nuys. Unbeatable prices and the owner Ralph will work with you.!! Update: Steve literally said over the phone that what Paul said was totally inappropriate, trying to blame me and coming up with all the excuses as to why the clutch was burned. Well guess what there is a whole world of wonderful mechanics out there that work nicely with me tell me precisely what's wrong and give me a fair price and they said that they will not use aftermarket parts like YOU GUYS did, so I'm so happy I got my car towed away from you guys. I'm seriously telling the public please do not go here and get a second or third opinion it will save your wallet.!!!!! PS: "look in the mirror"? Are you ten years old. This is without a doubt the very best place I have brought any vehicle. I began bringing my Subaru to Steve years ago and he and his crew always took the time to thoroughly check the problem and advise of any possible issues and then explain in great detail while showing you on your car what the issue is. After moving I brought my Subaru to another place and they killed my car. I wish I had made the effort to travel back to Fremont and Purdon. After recently moving back to the area I brought my current vehicle a 2008 4Runner to them about a worrisome clicking noise coming from the wheel well. The new crew Steve has built is outstanding. Brett is an absolute professional and is a pleasure to work with. He is super friendly and embraces the culture of putting the customer first. I cannot recommend this business enough for any car issues!

I only let them touch my car! I've been coming to F+P for 3+ years now, and my family has been bringing all of our cars here for 5+ years. Steve, Brett, and Paul are all amazing and they treat their customers like family. They have worked with my insurance for repairs and they always communicate with me. Their pricing is reasonable too! We've purchased 4 used vehicles from F+P and they have all been really solid investments. I told Steve I was looking to purchase a used car and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Erick just took over their sales department and he has years of industry experience! I highly recommend!

This was my second time there and I am very impressed with how they handled and took care of my car - both times! No wonder they've been in business for as long as they have been. Fantastic customer service, timely and overall just great. Nothing negative to write here. I don't ever write reviews but thought this deserved one. Boy, I apologize for forgetting the names of the front desk guy and the mechanic (is that the title?), but they were working the morning of July 3, 2023, and they were great. I showed up with no appointment and a flapping piece (a "splash shield", apparently) in a tire well. The mechanic gave me a nod of respect for the key ring that kept it in place before fixing it after maybe 30 minutes total. The front desk guy said it was no charge. I said, oh no but you guys took time to do this, and he said, eh, it was just a couple of screws (that's the term I used when I met him - is "stud" better?). I am not someone who knows a lot abut cars, so I was hesitant to bring my older car in after it starting make a strange noise. I was preparing myself for a mechanic that would overcharge me or "fix" things that were not broken knowing I would not know the difference. Instead, I was greeted with absolute honesty. They diagnosed and fixed my car quickly with no hassle on my end. I am so grateful for this group of people and would certainly recommend anyone with car trouble to go here first.

Let me begin by saying that the moment I walked in I was greeted by soft classical music and warm air temperature which was lovely given that it was chilly outside. I was greeted cordially and treated with the utmost respect. I chatted with a friendly, courteous, professional man named Brett. He was completely present and listened to what I had to say and assured me that my car would be taken care of. After checking out the problem with my car the owner Steve came to get me and walk me through their findings and their solutions personally. The entire experience down to the absolutely reasonable bill presented at the end was so far above service standards that five stars is simply not enough to rate them! I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all the members of this fine establishment that I interacted with. You are now my forever auto shop and mechanic for as long as I live in this area.

I have CarMax extended care and this was one of the recommended places I bring my car for service when my check engine light came on. I was able to make an online appointment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their wait area is clean and inviting. I will definitely use their services again in the future!
