Frank did a full interior clean of my car and exterior wash. My toyota corolla had some deep stains, including coffee and wine (the latter due to a passenger...not myself), that now are gone! My car looks and smells fresh. I've never had the inside of my car cleaned aside from doing some vacuuming myself, but dang, I'll be coming back to keep my car fresh! Highly recommend coming to Frank's. Thank you.

My mechanic told me that I had an oil leak, and the only way to fix it would be to have the engine steam cleaned so they could determine where the leak was coming from. I could not find any other detailing business in Pasadena that still steam cleaned engines, so I brought my car to Frank. When I arrived, he up-sold me on getting my head lights detailed/polished. They were pretty dirty so I agreed. I pointed out my air filter as something to be careful of during the clean.When I returned to pick up my car, the headlights looked amazing, and the engine was much, much cleaner, but I immediately noticed the damage to my air filter. When I pointed it out, he first told me it was like that when I dropped it off. No, it was not, I had a picture. Then he said it would go back to normal after it dried out. No, I am pretty sure it will not. The he said it looked old and it probably needed to be replaced soon anyway. No, this is a performance air filter that is designed to be cleaned and re-used for the life time of the car. He told me to give it a few days to see if it goes back to normal then I could call him to work something out. In the meantime, his staff could not get my car to start. Eventually they had to open the spark plug cover box and use a leaf blower to dry it out before it would start.I called him a few days later, and long story short, he reluctantly agreed to replace my air filter, and after a month and a half of me following up with him each week he finally came through with it. Within that time I had to take my car back to my mechanic for a complete tune up because it was misfiring. I had less than 10,000 miles on my spark plugs, wires and ignition coil, distributor cap and rotor, but they all had to be replaced because they had corroded. My mechanic said it could have been a combination of the steam clean and the car having not been driven for a year during the pandemic, but it didn’t really matter anyway, because I signed a release of liability agreement with Frank that stated “Frank’s 2000 Detail Center does not take any responsibility for Mechanical or Electrical failure after steam cleaning motor, which is requested by Owner of vehicle.”Ultimately, Frank and his staff did work hard to clean my engine, and my headlights look beautiful, but if I had to do it over again I would not. I found Frank to be dismissive of me and the damage his staff did to my property, which he only took responsibility for after I forced the issue. Frank never returned my calls when he said he would, he never followed up with me when he said he would, and only purchased the exact replacement filter when I finally started showing up to his business 4-days in a row to make sure this issue was correctly addressed and properly resolved. He may do great auto detailing work, but I would never bring a car to him for an engine steam clean again.Services: Engine detailing

This place is a hidden gem! How have I not ever heard of them until now? I've been to almost every single car wash in Pasadena and they all rush the job and then I have to spend another 20 - 30 mins making them go back over a bunch of missed stuff. OR I get super service and it costs me upwards from $250. I am sold! I'm letting no one else touch my car. My car was SPOTLESS! Frank now has a customer for life!Services: Full body wash

My car was broken into and I had lots of glass on my passenger side . I tried to vacuum it at the gas station, but the vacuums at the gas station did not enough section power. So I looked around in the Pasadena area to see if I could find a place where I can get my car detailed, mind you I have never gone to anybody here in Pasadena. I normally go to Arcadia to get my car detailed, but there closed on the weekends. I called a couple places and found Frank's 2000 auto detail. They asked me to drop off my car at 9:30 AM and he told me that my car won't be ready till 3 PM. But didn't get a call till 330pm. As we pick up the car and I inspect the car! I become very upset over their shitty job. I will never recommend this company to anybody. They charged me $150.00 for the most shittiest job I have ever seen in car detailing. And the guy that I was complaining to I asked him if I can speak to a manager and he said the manager wasn't there. He did have a strong accent or so I figured maybe I could communicate with him in Spanish to have a better understanding so I asked him again in Spanish is there a manager in charge? He said no there's no manager in charge I said OK will he be here on Monday? He said yes, then my husband came back to see why I was taking so long then my husband asked him the same question! if there was a manager in charge he says I am the manager and I said to him in Spanish and an English you told me you're not the manager and there is no manager in charge, so what the hell you're playing games with me he he said with a very puzzled face! THIS IS A VERY HORRIBLE PLACE to get your car detailed I never recommend and will never recommend anybody that lives in Pasadena or anybody that I know In Arcadia or anywhere in San Gabriel valley to come to this Shitty place of a detailing company. There was no commendation with anything didn't want to give me my money back! The make-believe fake manager offered me a car wash, but I was too upset and still upset even go back and get a car wash very unprofessional business.

Frank and his team were friendly, professional, and efficient; they did a fantastic job on my Civic! They buffed out scratches that I thought couldn't be buffed out and got rid of the mystery smell in the car's interior that had bothered me for months. Would highly recommend!Services: Car waxing

Got my car wash a couple months ago, and it was amazing. That wasn't the case this time. I called Frank that I wanted to come in for a car wash, and he told me to come in 30 minutes because he was finishing up another car. When I came 30 minutes later, one of the guys told me that Frank had already left for the afternoon, and he doesn't know when he'll be back. Really unfortunate that he's extremely inconsiderate considering he did an amazing job last time.

Pretty simple I came here to get my suv windows tinted and no one seemed to want to talk to me to give me a quote or accept me in to take my car. I asked for help from two people who were clueless. This was a complete waste of my time, so if you are a gambler and have the time to waste this is the place for you if not don't bother. Go down the block like I did and deal with a professional. This guys are lost!

Frank and his amazing team always pay great attention to detail. I've been bringing my cars in for a while now and couldn't be happier with the results.
