Valentine’s Day is a very busy day I totally understand that. But for this place to take an order, our money and never deliver (overpriced) flowers is mind blowing ?. The owner had the audacity to even argue and try to defend herself. Didn’t show any remorse or empathy to the situation.

JUST FLOWERS REVIEW..This is the only place that JustFlowers.com is even noted. I searched for florists in North Cal and Just Flowers popped up and could deliver (or so I thought). There are sooo many bad reviews here I don't need to say more. Except to say NEVER EVER USE THEM!!

Yesterday was my 60th birthday and my son ordered some flowers to be delivered. What a complete disappointment. Half of the flowers were brown and dead. It was honestly a joke. Truthfully, any bunch you can grab at your local grocery store would be infinitely better than this. All I can say is the crappy flowers matched just how I feel about turning 60. Don't shop here unless you want to insult the recipient.

5:15 pm yesterday (7-18-2023) I walked out my front door to find a pathetically sad flower arrangement sitting in the blazing sun in 91-degree heat surrounded by dead rose petals. Too late to call Pasadena Flower Boutique 514 N Lake Ave Pasadena, CA 91101 until this morning. I explained to the woman exactly what I found and where I found the arrangement. I also told her I'd been home all day, my car was in the driveway, no one rang the doorbell, knocked and my two large vocal pit bulls would have alerted me. She said she would speak with the delivery driver; approximately 10 minutes later she returned my call. The driver claimed s/he delivered the arrangement around 1 pm, rang the doorbell, knocked, texted a picture, then waited about 2 minutes before leaving. I explained I was not alerted anyone was at the door, and the phone number on file was a landline and does not accept texts or photos. Excuse after excuse fell out of this woman's mouth "Maybe you were in the bathroom, or the kitchen or you were on the phone." I was not any of those things and I told her so. I asked how this would be rectified. She told me "No, you got the flowers." I once again explained I was not notified and the flowers were way past wilted, they were dead. Dead flowers are not acceptable to give to my 89-year-old father suffering from dementia. She totally ignored me and continued with arguments and excuses. This extremely rude woman had the audacity to not only quarrel with me, she insulted the giver saying "It's only $10. You can return them to the store for a discount on your next order." I reiterated; I did not order the flowers; they were a gift. She then told me to call the giver and complain to them. The friggin' nerve!!! Several times I asked how to resolve this issue, she continued to over-talk me saying "I can't do anything" and I kept repeating "You mean you won't do anything", all the while she interrupted, and insisted the driver rang, knocked, and texted. Realizing I wasn't going to resolve this with her; I asked her name, which she repeatedly avoided, finally saying "Wendy". She then told me to call Teleflora but refused to give me their phone number, never even remotely attempted an apology, and hung up. I immediately called Teleflora and filed a complaint. Within the hour supervisor Kathy Haines returned my call, patiently listening while I retold my interaction with "Wendy". Kathy was very concerned to hear one of their vendors acted in such a disrespectful regard and she would follow up with an immediate investigation. Kathy also reassured me a new arrangement would be delivered by a different florist. Wow, it's less than an hour since I spoke with Kathy. The doorbell just rang and a brand-new arrangement has been delivered! Calling Kathy now to thank her for such an incredible, exemplary, and expedient Teleflora customer service rectification experience! UPDATE: Kathy contacted Pasadena Flower Boutique by email, which must have scared Wendy, the 2nd set of flowers actually came from them but the young lady who made the delivery demanded I give the vase back, lol, who does that? When speaking with Kathy to thank her, she had in fact ordered from another vendor but after I told her about the 2nd delivery they may or may not come tomorrow dependent if she canceled the order. UPDATE: another hour has passed and it just occurred to me, what company in their right mind only charges $10 for a floral arrangement including delivery??? None... So, I went to the Teleflora website and guess what? Not only was there no $10 arrangement, they didn't even have arrangements matching what I received. I won't bother Kathy with this but I really do hope she didn't cancel with the new vendor so I can compare the two arrangements. And I hope she checks the Yelp Reviews and recommends Teleflora discontinue any and all contracts with Pasadena Flower Boutique.

The worst service I have ever experienced!! I have never been hung up on multiples times and spoken to so rudely. There was no customer service! In addition, the pink roses and large mums were welted.

Received a delivery arrangement as a birthday gift yesterday. Not only did I receive the wrong arrangement (of lower monetary value) but the quality of the flowers was terrible. The lilies were clearly old with faded and bruised petals. Big disappointment. Terrible delivery service. Zero customer service response. Buyer beware. Do not place an online order through this florist. Maybe go in person so you can make sure you get the quality and flowers you are paying for and avoid getting ripped off. But there are other florists in Pasadena that give much better service and beautiful arrangements whether you order online, over the phone, or in person. So I would say just avoid this florist all together!

One star! Because I HAD TO! If I could I would give it a 0 I can't believe how unprofessional, and horribly managed business is still operating! This place sucks! Save your money! It's way over priced.

absolute trash. Not only was the flowers delivered hours later but they even threw the floors outside in the sidewalk. AND the flowers were dead!!! How are they still in business is beyond me.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My Husband paid for a premium valentine arrangement and they gave me dying flowers with 2 roses. Shame on this business. When he saw what I received at work he was extremely upset as it looked NOTHING like the picture and for the price he paid. They will ROB you for your $$$.

Absolute WORST FLOWER SHOP. Pls read reviews before doing anything as serious as ordering flowers. We know how expensive they can be and we want to invoke the right atmosphere of having given a damn and knowing that we did our research before actually letting our recipient see these flowers. This place it's mostly one star reviews and if my friend had seen this he would've never ordered from here. Although he ordered from a company called "From you flowers.com" they have some kind of contract with this florist and there is a blind aspect to it. The most unfortunate aspect of using that service is you don't know where your flowers are coming from. I don't know how in gods name this floral shop is still in business but obviously somebody's covering for them so they can get away with murder and still sell flowers that are in bad shape. The bouquet I received was completely wrong, it was supposed to be two dozen red roses with a balloon and a card for my birthday. Would you believe it I am the one that was on the phone trying to straighten all this out. The shop completely botched the request my friend gave them. They delivered 10 red roses no balloon and no card. It is very serious to get everything right when ordering flowers and I would warn you never to use this company unless you like misery and delays and lies. The carnations made the bouquet look ugly, I fixed part of it. It totally brought the quality and aesthetic appearance of the bouquet down because they were drying out. Allow me to show you the day-old stems pictured below.

Great looking flowers. My only issue is that the delivery person (late teens/early 20s) took my photo as I came out to retrieve the flowers. I wasn’t dressed for outside (no undergarments, no wig), but I’m not famous. I would have appreciated being given a second to hide ;-)

My Son-In-Law wanted to surprise his wife for her birthday by sending her flowers, and boy did they both get a surprise. DO NOT buy from this company. Please see the reviews. I would be ashamed if I was the owner of this place. I called to talk with the owner and was told that she was in China until next year. I complained about what was delivered and the lady told me that she made NO profit because she pays $20 for those bears. WOW, Great customer service.

These flowers were absolutely horrible. Wan not even close to what was ordered and the vase leaked all over my desk. The flowers were dead within 2 days. When I called they said that they wont replace them. Horrible customer service. Buyer beware!
