Fishbeck's seems to be out of business. I tried calling several times over the course of several days, and finally left a message. No one returned my call. I assumed they were very busy, and decided to just go to the store, which was an hour's drive away. I bought my patio furniture from them many years ago, and had a very good experience there, so wanted to work with them again. Upon arrival, I found the parking lot gated and locked, but found nearby parking. When I got to the door, there was a sign posted that said "CLOSED FOR INVENTORY." I could see through the window that no one was inside, but the store was full of furniture and looked fine. There was another sign directing me to the main entrance, and when I went there I found MORE signs. One showed the daily hours of operation, and another said, "Through the end of February we'll be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays." I was there on Saturday March 16, and during the posted open hours. None of this was noted on their webpage, which looks like a functioning site. I was really frustrated to have made a 2-hour round trip just to find nothing. Disappointing.

I'm noticing a lot of years old reviews on this site that aren't every good. We bought a number of pieces from them more recently (2024) and had an excellent experience. The sales team was knowledgeable and really worked with us to accommodate our delivery needs because we were in construction. We bought multiple things over multiple visits to the store and had excellent service each time.

I highly recommend Fishbecks, and even more highly recommend Lester, one of their long- time service and sales reps. I have bought umbrellas, stands, wrought iron tables and patio furniture from Fishbeck's for over twenty years with Lester as my salesperson. A few weeks ago I ordered replacement umbrella canopies; Lester pulled up my past orders, reordered everything and when I found out on delivery that I had miscalculated and needed new stands and frames as well, Lester ordered them, and mailed the bill and card statement so I didn't have to come back to the store. The umbrellas arrived assembled two days later. This is old fashioned service and quality worth paying for.

We bought some patio furniture here a few years ago, despite the salespeople not being willing to help. That should have warned us off. Now the fabric needs to be replaced on the chairs only sold by Fishbecks and they no longer repair them. Be aware, some sling chairs have fabric that does not slide out for replacement. If you buy them, it's a one-way trip to the dump when the fabric wears out, as far as Fishbecks in concerned. I recommend looking elsewhere for quality furniture.

I wish I could give my experience a zero star rating. I came in to simply exchange one umbrella frame for a different colored one and to buy an additional one in the same color. 45 minutes later I finally walked out still shaking my head over the most frustrating, bizarre buying experience I can remember. One employee, who I won't name out of sympathy, seemed utterly unable to grasp what I wanted to do. He also dropped three "F bombs" as he was ringing me up. The "supervisor", Steve, seemed utterly uninterested in helping with the situation or in my satisfaction. I told my wife when I got home that I would sooner drive to San Diego to buy patio furniture than go back to Fishbecks.

I purchased a beautiful round patio table made in the USA by KNF-Neille Olson, along with four chairs with cushions. The table is truly a work of art that is made with mosaic stained glass. The table I purchased was in stock and delivered to my home the same day. The products were not inexpensive, but in my opinion worthwhile for their durability and superior craftsmanship. My sales associate was Lester Williams. Lester is knowledgeable about the products and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

The location has a great show room with high end brands. Brown and Jordan OW Lee and others We were greeted by Lester as she soon as we walked in. This location has one of the largest selections we have seen. We had visited about 6 other stores in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley the prior day Make sure you visit the clearance area. They have parking on site.
