Works as expected, no extras, just water, soap, foam brush, and wax spray. It's nice that you can add one quarter at a time to increase the timer instead forking-over a whole $2 bucks each time.
There are also vacuums and enough space to dry. There is also an arco near by and the DMV is right across the street too.
