Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had questions about faucet parts and they gave me detailed instructions to solve the problem. I use them for all of our bathroom remodel.

I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Hector Beltran at the Pasadena Ferguson Gallery for over 6 years, and I would NEVER dream of working with anyone else within the kitchen and bath or design-build industry when it comes to hardware, lighting, appliances, and plumbing. His vast expertise, and willingness to continue to expand his knowledge on product, materiality, and installation, makes him truly and deeply invaluable to my firm. His professionalism, prompt responsiveness, and unwavering consistent cheerful "can do" attitude is what sets him apart and makes him dependable, and an absolute DELIGHT to work with. I honestly believe that I could not do my job as a professional kitchen and bath designer without his partnership. I also would be remiss if I didn't highlight the incredible showroom management and corporate teams at Ferguson, as it is their commitment to excellent service and relationships, and their support of their staff, that gives Hector the ability to be so unmatched in his service to my firm, and to all my clients. Hector cares not only about the accuracy and clarity of his work, but he cares about MY business and strives to see that all our projects are successful, and that our clients are 100% satisfied. He always has my back, and for that, I am so grateful. 5 stars are simply not enough!

I'm one of the many designers that comes into Ferguson, between Hector Beltran and Alison Crowley always helping me out, I know that I will be taken care of. Hector's knowledge of kitchens is amazing. I have no problem bringing in clients to see the different appliances and fixtures as he will know all and if not, he does the research.

We are builders in the South Bay and are lucky to have Hector as part of our team. Ferguson is great, but it's great because of people like him. Whether we need to place a large order or ask a question, Hector is always there to help. It's tricky to find good customer service nowadays, but Hector is an exception. He is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient with everything he does. Ferguson should be proud!

I am an interior designer and I love shopping with Ferguson and especially with Hector Beltran in the Pasadena showroom. Hector is very knowledgable about products and installations and he is always quick to help when a problem arises. Ferguson is great because they have warehouses so they can typically store your products until you need them. This prevents them from getting lost or damaged onsite which happens all the time. They have beautiful showrooms for plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and appliances. Make an appointment with Hector; you won't be disappointed!

I am a designer and Hector Beltran is my go-to sales associate at Ferguson. He is extremely patient and professional when I bring clients in to select plumbing fixtures and appliances. He never rushed us, is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and makes the process smooth and enjoyable. He will also work late to complete my proposals when he knows I’m on a deadline. He is highly responsive and great with follow through. He is the reason Ferguson is my first choice for plumbing fixtures and appliances.

I can not recommend David Laycock at the Pasadena Ferguson Gallery more. I have worked with a lot of other vendors in the past & will only work with David from now on. Exceptional customer service, effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, competitive pricing compared to other market players, & extensive expertise on top brands. From our first day working with David Laycock at Ferguson Pasadena it was clear we were in good hands. He is competent in his product knowledge from bathroom and kitchen fixtures to appliances. He took the time to get to know us and advised and recommended products that reflected our unique needs. He worked diligently to get get us the absolute best price on appliances, calling manufacturers and getting information on deals and rebates. And he was patient and flexible with us when we needed more information or changed on minds on products. And lastly he is just a wonderful person!!!

I live in Pasadena and visited this showroom to browse items for my bathroom remodel. I'd already purchased my vanity and shower fixtures and wanted to see the finish samples for a shower drain and pocket door hardware I'd found online, hoping to match my fixtures. Luckily, Andy had just finished with a client and was available to help me. He showed me what I'd asked for but also knew about a brand which was a perfect match for my fixtures. I'd not have known about it had he not had that familiarity. Andy is also very knowledgeable about proper installation, type, and materials so he made certain to make note of the correct items and set them up on Build.com so my order could be easily submitted once I was ready. Once he processed my order, Andy followed up with me through the very end, confirming shipping dates and also following the portion of my order that was made-to-order. I highly recommend that you ask for Andy when you visit Ferguson.

Good location lot of parking in the back.
You do have to pay though for the parking.
Friendly staff and very helpful. Has one of the nices toilets I have ever seen. If you ever need to go to the bathroom that is the place.
