if I can give this place is zero, I would. I walked into this FedEx location to try to get some prints done on transparency paper. Upon asking the black girl at the front desk for help, she stared at me for the longest time as if I was the dumbest person on the planet. I simply asked her how to load the transparency paper into the printer. She stared at me again for the longest time and said to just add the paper on the side of the printer I did as she said, and my transparency paper did not take. I looked in her direction to gesture for help but she completely ignored me, knowing that I was having trouble trying to print on transparency paper. I tried it again without asking for help and once more it did not take my transparency paper. I asked, can you please help me? She stared at me again for the longest time and said just put your paper on the side and I said I did but it still won't take. Then she told me well then it probably just won't take and I said, but it should because this printer takes transparency paper as it says on the label on the printer. She then ignored what I was telling her and after a few frustrating more temps having to YouTube how to load transversely paper into a FedEx printer I gave up and left without any help. Worst FedEx I have ever been to and will never come back.

I've had positive interactions the past couple of times I've been to this Fedex, mainly to mail equipment. Getting the QR code online makes it very easy and same with printing and picking up. The quality of printing has always been pretty good for the most part as long as I stay in the margins. Fedex pricing is a little high compared to other mail carriers but they will package everything for you which is a great plus.

Well now I see why this location has horrible reviews. Because the manager Charles wouldn't let me ship a ground shipping in a FedEx express container. It's specifically states on the FedEx website then you can use any container from FedEx to ship any FedEx packaging whether it's express or ground except in the FedEx one rate shipping category. He then started questioning me and my integrity and what was on the FedEx website after I stood in line waiting 20 minutes for a receipt. I will be filing a complaint with FedEx directly about the store and this manager. Since he wants to have an attitude with a woman. I am sure if I were a man he would've said nothing. Now I see why FedEx is going under an UPS is doing such a great job and one of the top companies. I will be using UPS from now on.

The STORE MANAGER Charles had a horrible attitude today and previously I've witnessed flirting and being inappropriate directly in front of me with one of his female employees HALF this man's age I just wanted to drop off a return (07/12/2022) this guy has to go can't believe he's getting away representing the fedex brand like this!!!

I was able to send ikea items to this fedex center instead of going to the ikea in Burbank to pick them up. This is a huge fedex that offers printing, copying, making huge signs (like for weddings) and shipping services.Service was slow bc there was only one person working on a Saturday but the service was good. There is a big cart you can use to carry items to and from your car in case you are picking up/ or shipping large items There's street parking only (but a loading zone that fits about 4 cars)

Bruh everytime i go in there , it smells like a** . Idk why , but i cant go in there for more than a minute i ussually drop and dash and hold my breath . Idk you guys need to something about it or wipe yo asses!

**This review is specifically for Michael K.** He displayed EXCEPTIONAL customer service and went above and beyond the call of duty so that I could get my package shipped. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable & helpful. It is very rare to encounter someone who takes so much pride in the work that they do. Thank you SO much Michael!! Every time i have called the same a s h o l eTrying to just rush me to hang up" acting like hes busy when all i have is a simple yes or no question! Then he puts me on hold for lime until i hang up and call back" Now i know why pakages get lost because of employees like that type Who dont have worth and make the hole Company loom like trash. I alredy have a few people who had issues with the service here and one of these days it will be enough! 1 more time!
