In regards to a review about unfair vet prices and preying on pet owners. Veterinary care in general is expensive. My sons dogs ear infection cost him 750 dollars…an ear infection. This is a dog too keep that in mind not an exotic…of course exotic care will cost more their exotics. If you want to talk about preying on the owners… my experience with that cost me 8 months of vet visits and 2 surgeries costing over 3500 dollars only for this so called “rabbit vet” to tell me he doesn’t know what’s wrong. When just 1 visit with Dr. Silpa ( who is an amazing exotics vet) took one look into my little bunnies mouth and quickly diagnosed him with advanced dental disease. If I had taken my bunny there from the beginning over all I would have SAVED money. So it REALLY does matter to find a good QUALITY vet who knows what they’re doing to take care of your special friends.
Fast forward 4 months my bunny has been a happy hoppy bunny and no more roller coaster rides for him thanks to Dr Silpa!

Just the best. Each of my kids get their own small pet when they turn 9 and can read a book about that animal’s care and agree to be totally responsible for them. The joy I felt seeing my daughter interact with, care for and absolutely love her own little buddy really couldn’t be measured. I’ll seriously never forget her face when she first held him. Sniffles was the absolute sweetest little friend and never showed anything but affection. Fast forward 4.5 years and it was his time to cross the rainbow bridge. I was a total sobbing mess not just for missing him but for the end of this era of pure sweetness for my daughter. Everyone at this hospital was beyond kind and respectful. On top of that, they mailed this sweet card a couple of weeks later. They not only care about your pets, they care about their owner’s hearts too.

Vets were knowledgeable and answered all my questions happily. Staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Even help me carry to vehicle so I could haul their carry case. They let my ferrets free roam in room. And went over and beyond to make them comfortable bringing them towls, letting them make messes, heavy water bowl so they stop spilling my to go one.

I do not have an in person experience at this place nor will I ever. I called to make a first time appointment for a pet rat. This pet rat has had an eye issue and our vet could not resolve it. The vets office reffered me to this ridiculous place. The charge would have been $160 for a first time exam only. For a little rat!?? For the love!! I cant even imagine the rest of the charges they would have piled on. I do not condone nor support these types of businesses that prey on pet owners who care about their pets and who take adavantage of people to profit their pockets! Their webiste sure does look heartfelt doesnt it?? What a crock.

Dr. Silpa is a wonderful rabbit specialist. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. The entire staff was very kind to us today during our most difficult time with the passing of our beloved rabbit.

The front door was a little tricky to find, but once I did the facility was very well furnished and accommodating. Lots of exam rooms, plenty of receptionists to attend me quickly, and very helpful and knowledgeable Doctors.

Great veterinary staff. They have taken care of the my nieces cockatiel for over 5 years now. He had two unfortunate accidents early on. One requiring surgery on his foot and the other involving a cat attacking him. Each time he has been taken care of by an amazing and compassionate staff. Despite the risks that he faced they took the best possible care and he is in great health.

words cannot express how GRATEFUL I am for this place!!! The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive and kind. I had a little sick turtle, and they gave me some financial options and packages and the vet was kind and informative throughout the visits. Unfortunately, I had to put my turtle down and the staff did an AMAZING job with following up with me and making the process easy and peaceful. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU <3 <3 <3

Very kind people. Services are a bit expensive compared to other exotic vets. Seems to also be a better place for rodents and farm style animals than reptiles.
