I am writing this to thank Frances Tran for the excellent help that she gave me. I had rather severe pain from a slipped disc in my spine. After one month of exercise, the pain was reduced to a bearable level. During the sessions, there were exercises that were not agreeable to me. They know what they are doing, good woth evaluating and care, know what to provide foe excersies and very organized
