They handle all kinds of high-end watches with the utmost care and expertise, and their prices are incredibly fair—especially considering the level of service they provide. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, friendly service. The team is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about what they do. They treated my watch as if it were their own, and the results speak for themselves—my Rolex looks and runs like new.

I recently brought my wall clock to Eric's Clocks after it stopped working. This clock holds a lot of sentimental value for me, as I've had it for about 20 years.
From the moment I walked into this small, family-owned business, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness shown to me.
Eric carefully explained how he would repair my clock and kept all his promises.
Not only did he fix the clock, but he also replaced the hour and minute hands, enhancing its appearance even more than before.
The service was affordable, and the quality was outstanding.
Now, my clock is back in my office, where it continues to receive compliments from coworkers.
I couldn't be happier with the results.

I just left Eric's Clocks and Watch business and had my watch battery replaced. I've been going to him since 2019. Great customer service, very friendly and most importantly good pricing. I highly recommend his shop for all your watch / clock needs.

Man look... Eric and his son David always desire to maximize your experience in their shop. Whether for repair, or acquiring a new watch or clock, among other wonderful furnishings & antiques, they meticulously work on repairs and never rush the customer, allowing for a comfortable experience in the store. Came in with and older watch that needed a battery. He opened it up and showed me the corrosion from the dead battery. I thought terrible and could be a loss. Eric was kind enough to give it a cleaning and make some adjustments. In the end I have my watch back and couldn't be happier. His prices are still the best in town. He also has lots of art pieces and other oddity clocks which is very cool to see. He showed me a 100 year old clock that was carved to look like a terrier with the eyes moving for hours and minutes. Come to this place and find cool things you didn't know you needed or get a watch repaired, Eric has you covered.

I walked into the shop today with my watch, which has been losing about 5 minutes per day. I assumed something mechanical was wrong with the watch, but David, who seems like a really nice guy, looked at it and concluded it was just a dying battery. He cheerfully changed the battery for a reasonable charge and he also told me my old battery was leaking. He took care of the problem and thanked me for my business. I will definitely come back if I need watch repair or just another battery.

Love this little gem of a store! Eric and his son are absolutely charming and kind! Eric knows everything about old clocks! I get my watch batteries replaced there and they are affordable and quick.I also bought this beautiful grandfather clock from them and Eric spent 5 months meticulously tuning it for delivery! I am beyond trailed with it!
