Lisa is great! We've been going for years. Reasonably priced. Make sure to call in the morning to make sure she still has space. Dogs come out clean with nails cut and butts squeezed.

I brought my fox terrier in whose fur had grown out for the winter and she had a lot of matting. I was actually embarrassed and was expecting a lecture. Lisa was pretty kind to me under the circumstances, for which I was grateful. I kind of hoped that she wouldn't shave the dog, although I know most places wouldn't take the time to work through the mats. I asked her to do what she thought was best. And this amazing woman worked all that matting out and produced the absolute best cut my dog has ever had. And her price was extremely reasonable for all that hard work! I will go there every 4 to 6 weeks from now on.

Never taken dog here at the time I didn’t have a dog. But I did work here and I can tell you the she loves dogs. ((BTW thank you Lisa for helping me out when no one would give me a chance , I learned so much from working with you ))She works to please the dog with the grooming experience. Focus and attention to detail love and respect is given to each dog. Truly Dogs Best Friend.

Amazing dog grooming spot in Pasadena! Lisa is wonderful and our 2 dogs absolutely love her. We have a Siberian husky & a pit lab mix that love their "spa days" with Lisa at dogs best friend grooming. So glad we have a local trustworthy spot for our dogs to go to. Highly recommend!!!

Clean, simple, reasonable price. Lisa is cool. Not much sales talk but get things done. My two cockers feel fine to be there that's what I also like a lot. I used to take them to those fancy groomers....they were doing great sales talk but every-time when I bring my dog back, he felt itchy and he hated to go there. I'm glad with Lisa's work.

The first couple times going to this groomer it was ok. Our bud would always come back clean and with a nice haircut. The second to last time we brought our dog, he developed an ear infection which our vet said can be caused from water getting in his ear. And the last time we brought him we decided to give this place another chance. Our dog got home he seemed ok until we started playing catch with him and all of a sudden his paw started bleeding. Had to clean the carpet from the blood marks. He also was vomiting all day. Will no longer be going to this groomer.

would not recommend this groomer, she did work on my dogs paw without my knowledge causing him to bleed continuously without telling me this was a problem before leaving. Do Not Recommend!
